Stopped in today with my daughter for a sweet treat after lunch. The staff were friendly and took the time to explain all the options and what made each one great. We've made our way most of the way through our box and have loved each one!Perfect macaron deliciousness, thanks!

Ollia is a fabulous little place to go for macaroons and tea. We took a macaron making class after enjoying their tasty treats for months. I highly recommend it! Not only do they share their secrets, but you can also purchase everything you might need to make them in your own. The staff is always friendly and they have unique flavours of macrons that are both sweet and savoury!

My friend and I stopped by during Halloween weekend and I was so delighted. The shop is so pretty inside and the two ladies working were amazing. The macarons were so well made, you could tell they were made with love and care. I chose the owners favourite, which was the 'lavender honey' (which was so amazing) and the cotton candy (also amazing). The macarons were absolutely delicious, not dry at all, had the perfect texture. It was the perfect macaron. I will definitely be back when I visit Calgary again and also recommend to everyone.

I attended and really enjoyed The Macaron 101 Baking class. We were led step by step on how to prepare and bake these delightful macarons. We brought home what we baked, yum!!! And they also provided very detailed recipe with all the tips and tricks. The chef is passionate and attentive and answered all our questions. I'd highly recommend it to everyone looking for a unique baking class.

I ordered an 8 tier pyramid of assorted macarons for a wedding 2 months prior to the event. Staff were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. I needed to rent the pyramid from them which was easy to assemble. Macarons were packed securely in boxes. The pyramid and cookies were assembled at the venue.The macarons were awesome, guests really loved them. They disappeared before the other desserts did.The only small issue was I was suppose to get an acrylic stand to raise the pyramid a few inches off the table so the macarons would show better, but it wasn't included when I picked up everything. But I should've taken the time to confirm all was in order before I left the store. Mother of the bride brain!

These are by far the BEST Macarons I have ever had. I’ve tried a few places. Ollia is #1. I’m glad I don’t live close, or I would be in there all the time! I will need to take the class so I can attempt to make them at home. First two tries were an epic fail. Keep making the best Macarons out there, Ollia!!

We have booked a group Macaron 101 Baking class for 12 people as a team social; everyone loved it! It is a very engaging class, where our team learnt something new, felt creative and could bring home a generous supply of macarons. Definitely recommend if you want to treat your team to something extraordinary and delicious ✨
