Selection is good, but prices are consistently higher than you can get elsewhere, and they have a poor return policy. On top of that parking is terrible. Kind of makes it a last resort stop.

If you’re purchasing parts or in the market for a new mower. I personally would not waste your time at the big box stores where the staff are not well versed.The sales staff I dealt with at the Lawn Mower Hospital were extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. And even though I researched the heck out of cordless lawnmowers I had more questions than answers till I went to the LMHMy salesman Scott was extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable!The young lady that helped load my new mower was also very pleasant.I have dealt with the LMH for years and will continue to do so for years to come.10/10

I just stopped at the lawn mower hospital to get a new chain saw. A young man named Mike helped me out today and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. This was my first power saw purchase and he made it a very easy experience and set me up with everything I need to start using my new saw. Thanks again Mike for staying the extra 15 minutes after closing to make sure I was good to go. Will definitely be back for maintenance and future repairs if needed.

They had an excellent supply of the ECHO PB-9010T gas blower that I was interested in buying. Once I placed my order with the knowledgeable & attentive staff, a new unit was assembled, tested & ready to go within the hour! I was very pleased with the product availability, customer sales experienced & fast turnaround in getting my new blower ready to take home so quickly!!

Bought a Husqvarna 390xp this morning from the Lawnmower Hospital and Scott was awesome to deal with. He knew exactly what I was talking about and knew which direction to get me started on the right track the first time. Wish more companies took the time to listen to their customers needs so you didn't have to return items that don't work for you.

Great service as usual ! First a warm welcome and friendly service from the young lady at the counter. A part had broken on my Ego snow shovel but sadly it wasn't under warranty. They fixed it within 1 business day and kept me apprised of its status throughout the repair by text. Admitting" "Waiting Room" "in Surgery" "in Recovery". Those texts added a little levity to a long day at work. The total bill was even a bit less than they quoted me. I've bought a few pieces of equipment from them and Im always happy with the service of the sales team

Excellent repair service to my Echo 58V battery chainsaw, which was still under warranty after 2 years. The staff were professional and courteous, and their system of text updates kept me informed of the progress of the repair. This will be my first stop next time I am in need of a repair or a new yard tool.
