Mo was fantastic as was all the team. Very friendly and professional staff with a great attitude. We had a few issues with one box of vinyl plank as it does happen on transport. Without hesitation the team gave me a replacement. The product looks great and we did 3 bedrooms and hall. Perfect for the kids and dogs. We will be back in the future.

I visited Cosmaroma on May 7 and received amazing service. The staff helped me with all my questions and with their help I ordered the stair kits, flooring, transition pieces etc. They were patient and very knowledgeable. They went above and beyond.I will move my rating to a 5 once they receive my order and contact me for pick up. I already referred a few people. Can’t wait to receive my stairs and flooring.Thank you for your help.

We purchased or hardwood flooring and tiles with Mo from Cosmaroma. If you go, do yourself a favour and ask for him! It’s going to be very hard finding a better sales rep, ever!! Honestly, the quality of the product and the prices were on par, but Mo simply made it for me. He truly cared about or experience, followed up during and after the purchase, as well as after the installation!! I would happily give out a 6th star if I could ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Definitely worth a visit before your next flooring, or trim project. A wide selection of moulding, doors, stair treads and risers. They carry consumables like adhesives, sandpaper, caulk and paint supplies. Their home brands appear to be Total and RTRMAX. They also carry name brands like Freud and Bosch. Apparently the store has been here since 2020. This was my first visit and I will be back when I am shopping for flooring for my basement remodel. I will update this review when I have personal observations about the service level.

Thank you Mo and team for excellent service and advice on oak stairs. We had three stairs special ordered as well as one post. All fit like a glove. Hubby did all the work, but when you start the job with great products, the process is much easier. Had to return a few spindles, no problem. Always service with a smile.

What amazing service I received these past few months dealing with Moe at Cosmaroma (the Ottawa location). Moe offered great advice and assistance in picking out a great floor (Royal High Park), several doors and ceramic tile for the basement. Moe has a phenomenal memory too. I visited the store 4-5 times at best and his ability to put a name to a face is quite remarkable. I highly recommend Cosmaroma, and especially Moe, to whomever is looking to renovate their home.

We're doing renovation on our house, and while we were shopping around, lots of people suggest to go and check a Canadian store to buy from and Cosmaroma was one of the most recommended.We went there and it was a beautiful experience. The staff there were very helpful and treated us like family.They made sure that they found the best quality of what we're looking for and they get it as fast as possible.Great team!
