23o0 pm on a Sunday. On a 30 minute meal break. Walk into the location to find no slices available. After asking i was told none were being made at the moment. Lady in an apron playing on her phone. Other gentleman, no help. No slices, on a weekend, middle of the afternoon....

Ordered from here last night. The GF pizza I received was not what I ordered, and I couldn’t eat the one I received because I have allergies to the toppings that were on it.After multiple calls with a CS agent, and loads of wasted time I finally received an undercooked pizza about 1.5hrs after the initial delivery. Also will note a small credit was given, not even covering the cost of the pizza. Not even sure I’ll use it after this extremely frustrating experience.It sucks because I have a hard time finding a pizza place I can feel safe eating at due to allergies, and this one clearly doesn’t care about their customer experience.

Horrible horrible horrible service. The man working was a disrespectful jerk. Talked back to me several times. There was road blockage and instead of telling the cop they needed to get through to my house quickly they didn’t even try to get the food to me. Completely rude and unprofessional service.

My favourite pizza chain place in Burlington. Good pies, affordable, friendly staff, and open until late which always saves the day. I go ones a week as a ritual and it never fails. If you get 6 pizzas you get a large one for free which is always a nice surprise.

I ordered Prosciutto and arugula pizza. This is what I got. All rotten,yellow Arugulas. So Disappointing. When I called the customer service I was told the store will be happy to make you new pizza with fresh arugulas. I want to know why on earth would you put such nasty yellow arugulas on someone's pizza, if you had some fresh ones???? Would they feed their own family this pizza?I had to go back there in the extreme hot day to pick up the new pizza and all I got was sorry about that". Reallllly?.??"

Last 2 orders were very undercooked when supposed to be well done. It was so bad this time it looked and tasted like the pepperoni was put on the pizza after it was cooked. Amazing how you can make something as good as pizza taste this terrible

I’ve been coming to this location for years and they never disappoint. The quality is always outstanding and the pizza comes quickly.
