Would give a zero if I could. Walked in at 11 on a Saturday with no one in the waiting area, receptionist asked who my Doctor was and if I had an appointment. Told her and didn't have one (this is a walk in clinic). She then said sorry we've taken out maximum amount of patients today. Unsure what that meant I asked then why are the doors still wide open if you're not taken anyone at a WALK IN CLINIC? She had no response. I wasn't aware walk in clinics had quotas or caps, apparently this one does.

First off it is posted on the front door and all the walls that they only serve patients of a select group of family doctors so make sure your doctor is on the list before you go. This is a good thing as it ensure a proper flow of communication between the clinic and your regular physician.I'm not a fan of the fact that they lock the door and hour to an hour and a half before closing to ensure all patients are seen before closing time".The wait is generally a bit shorter than most walk-in clinics due to the select patient thing

We were refused service today at this clinic. Brought my son in for his back and got quite the response. First asked us if we read the sign on the door which wasn't very big so we went back to read it and responded to the questions if we had travel outside of Canada(which we have not), then she asked what we were doing there and I told her it was for his back. She asked for family doctors name and he doesn't have one . She said if you don't have a doctor in this building we can't help you.Why are you listed under walk in clinics when you chose the people you can help. Got charged 3 dollars for parking and for nothing. You don't deserve a rating at all.

On Saturday they close at 3 I arrived at 1.40 there was two people sitting only one is seeing the doctor the two Asian receptionist rude as hell said we reached full capacity we closed now doctor is going homeWhen asked why it’s says open till 3 and doors are open she said I don’t know but we full capacity like we taking a plane or trainIt’s a shame they are open where is the ministry of health ???? Hope this will serve and lead to people not going to this place

Walk-in clinic that's not a walk-in clinicI go to this Walk-in clinic" because they have access to my medical files as my doctor is in the same building. Note: they only take patients whose doctor is in the building. They make no exceptions. I left the east end on Friday to visit the clinic because I had upper back spasm which was affecting everything I do (including walking) and when I got there

This is a clinic for those who's Doctor's practice in the Building. This is why I enjoy it as it always has our patient information on hand for any Doctor we see.This is all displayed on the Computers in the Clinic.People that say 5 hr wait are exaggerating. Maybe 2 if Busy.I have yet to have an issue with Reception.

The Doctors here are great; reception, though, is atrocious. So many times the receptionist has either not pulled our file (meaning my husband and I have to wait while people who came in after us get seen first) or have just been completely rude and dismissive because of our age. Again: love the doctors; reception needs to be replaced.

This is not a walk in clinic. It is open only to a short list of family doctors patients. We were turned out with our feverish 11 month old because we weren’t patients of these specific doctors. Had to pay for parking too. Again NOT PUBLICLY ACCESSABLE! Private clinic, don’t waste your time. Go up the street to Howard and Logan. Much better and a true walk in clinic public.

All they do is give you the run-around. They have mixed office hours ALL over and I'm not even sure the receptionist would answer anyway. She's always been irritable and has been very nasty. Whenever I call their office, it just tells me to visit in person anyway - tell me, what's the point??On top of rude staff and being technologically declined, Ziter needs a reality check and to remind himself this is no longer the 80s. He needs to be reeducated on sexual and mental health. You can tell he went into this business for the money or familial obligation.
