There were last-minute extra charges for my cousins wedding, even though days before, she had asked is there anything else we need to know/do?" And their response was "dont worry there's nothing else".Not to mention they were stressing the bride by asking "you didnt bring this? You didnt bring that? You should know these things... Ah well it costs this much".Shady and disrespectful way of talking to the bride on her wedding day. They didn't seem to care at all how she felt
