Epic Play Zone Birthday Parties and Indoor play ground for Kids in Milton

I caution any family who is considering coming to this playground.My daughter was playing and almost got hurt with an uncovered broken metal that was exposed in one of the halls. She is small and was unable to come down. When I went to get her (even though adults are not allowed) I was shocked at what I saw. There were multiple exposed broken metals at various places which could seriously injure anyone.I was able to remove one of the metals. Unfortunately, when I showed it to the front desk. They didn’t even acknowledge the seriousness nor ask where I found it. They took it and threw it in the trash.This playground does not seem to take the safety or concerns of their customers with importance.With so many other playgrounds around, I strongly recommend anyone thinking about coming to reconsider until this location improves their safety inspections and protocols.Please see the pictures/ video attached.

Epic zone is a good play area but not for the walk ins. It is worth it when you celebrate a birthday party as you get laser tag for kids and adults. The play area itself is not as equipped as the other well known play areas in GTA so for the walk ins it is just okay. The adults can’t really accompany the kids inside the play area so all the obstacles are for the kids to clear. The adults can’t enjoy with the kids as other play area allow. Overall I will rate it 4/5 for the limitations.

This place is DIRTY!!! So gross as soon as u walk in smells like wet mat.Floors are definitely not cleaned nightly I’d even have to question weekly if that. The bottom of the play ground area has huge dust and debris accumulated.As for the playground itself they have have metal exposed and pipes at top levels as per photos below of the last persons review on here - which clearly has still not been taking as a serious priority of health and safety. No ventilation in this place it’s like your suffocating in stale air. Sooo gross I left within 20 minutes I couldn’t take it - this place needs to get shut down 100%%%

If I could put a zero star review I would, but google doesn’t let me. Do not bring your children here, really unsafe and staff are really rude and my daughter fell very hardly on her back when she was hanging on these dangling pink things on the structure. This place is trash. It is also very boring, my children hate this place DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY at this place. Really disappointed.☹️

Best place for parties in Milton for kids having both play area for younger ones and laser tag for older ones... Decent room sizes and pizza was good too.. staff was amazing and really helpful despite it was very busy and fully booked. Had a great time!

Nice place, entrance can be modified a bit to reflect what's inside. It seems like a godown until you enter the big black door.

Had my sons birthday party at Epic Playzone and I was very underwhelmed. The price is really steep for what you get. There was 1 single streamer in the room. The girls working all walk around looking completely miserable. There is no organization. I also wasn’t advised that the kids play structure is for children 10 and under. I invited 2 of my child’s cousins and was then told they couldn’t play on the structure but could participate in the laser tag. Considering the cost of the birthday I was not impressed and got the same feedback from other parents who also had the same experience as I had. I will not host another party at Epic.

My daughter had her 7th birthday at Epic Play Zone recently and my son had his 8th birthday there previously. We had a great experience both times. The staff running everything were very helpful and pleasant, which made everything run smoothly. I like that pizza, plates, cups, cutlery, and juice are included in the party packages, less things for the host to worry about. The kids had a blast. Email correspondence for planning the event was quick as well.

Laser tag guns brokenOwner Rude and told us our 2 year old had to go play alone and nobody could play with him.We wanted to leave instantly but we were already there, so we wasted 130 dollars in 1 hour. In hindsight, we should of trusted our guts and we should of left as soon as we arrived.My son enjoyed the puddles outside though,)
