Excellent place to get any and all car repairs done. Very competent, hardworking professionals who are humble and easy to talk to. They're very fair on their prices and will do their best to help you save money wherever they can. The typical practice of mechanics getting you to spend money on repairs you don't need doesn't exist here at all. This is why I would recommend this place to anyone for their auto needs. Jodi at the front desk is absolutely wonderful and really helpful in accommodating your service needs. She's an absolute delight to deal with. They always help me out as best as they can, double check to make sure all is well with your car and dont just focus on the main issue you brought you car in for. Typically do their best to get the work done day of which is appreciated, pricing is fair and service from the ladies at front desk especially Jodi who I've had the most interaction with is always pleasant. Absolutely incredible service. Dealership I purchased my vehicle from told me I could “Just wait a year for the winter tires I purchased with the vehicle to be ready” I phoned Cambridge tire and Jody was an absolute superstar. She handled coordinating the with the dealership, handled ordering the same package I “purchased” from the dealership and had everything assembled and installed within 3 days. Again, Absolutely incredible service, would very highly recommend!

I told him car is shaking at 1101. He charged me 113 but did not tell me my winter tires are not in good shape2. My transmission was making noise, he said its beltWaste of moneyHe doesn't know anything about car

Where do I even get started? From the moment I sat down in the waiting room until the moment I left, I couldn’t help but notice how well they treated all of their customers and how well the staff works together as a team from front end all the way to the technicians. Their phones were ringing off the hook and customers kept coming in, yet they were organized and worked efficiently. They made jokes with their customers, were super friendly, informative and helpful. They squeezed me in today for a tire patch even though they were so busy. Turns out the tire didn’t have to be patched. As a woman who knows absolutely nothing about cars or tires, I appreciate how honest they were from start to finish. I could have easily been sold new tires or charged for something I didn’t need, but they didn’t do that. They took the time to make recommendations and chat with me. They prioritize every single customer and won’t rush you out the door. Support this local gem in Cambridge that provides excellent service with good business ethnics - you won’t regret it.

They are More than just tires! Blaine and the crew go above and beyond, while staying true to the customer. I've had too many experiences with mechanics shops that inform you you need work and parts that are not actually required. You won't get that at Cambridge tire!
