From the initial consult with the owner Vanessa, for a recurring clean of our home, to the cleaning provided by Kaila and Melissa the service and execution has been top notch. The quotation was fair, flexible and suited the needs of my family. The cleaning itself was outstanding, thorough, efficient and the house was left sparkling. We couldn't have been happier! Their attention to detail was second to none, they got into every nook and cranny and cleaned places that are not easily accessible, yet certainly needed some attention. The appliances were gleaming on the outside and even the inside of the microwave was spotless. Looking forward to next week's clean! Molly Maid took on the challenge on just two days’ notice, and sent in “The A Team”, otherwise known as Darcy and Diane, who worked tirelessly for six straight hours to restore our home to its former glory! Melissa and Kaila arrived on time and did a wonderful job. I haven't had my house cleaned since before the Pandemic and gosh it needed one. Melissa and Kaila did a wonderful job and I cant believe how clean everything is now.A+ job. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get their house cleaned

So we booked them to clean our space for new tenants, they didn’t clean freezer and said they don’t clean if the fridge is on which was never relayed to us, the drawers in the kitchen were not cleaned at all and they didn’t even bother to look in any bathroom cabinets or clean anything. The windows were dusty and the corners dust was still accumulated. Backsplashes weren’t cleaned and they said we have to specify these things so basically they aren’t professionals. I had to clean the kitchen myself and under sinks.The taps of no bathrooms were cleaned or kitchen.I called Molly maids a few times after that and they went completely quiet not even an attempt to resolve the issue and they charged my card. So good luck with them.As per their response: I did call them back but no answer. I sent pictures to the one who cleaned my home, no action.

Evelyn, Emmerson and the team are absolute ROCK STARS. This was the first time that I've used a cleaning service and was naturally apprehensive. It can be a little intimidating and embarrassing having people comb through your home cleaning up after you.NOTHING could have been farther from my worries. The team came at exactly the time they said they would, took a detailed tour and REASSURED me that I'm not actually a farm animal (a term I can use to describe myself at times). Then they set to work. Beginning at 1pm and staying for SIX hours. They cleaned EVERYTHING. They organized what needed organizing and purged what needed purging. Every floor, every room were transformed from a beacon of shame in to a source of happiness.They did ALL of this while lightening our spirits with their humour and wit. They didn't feel at all like strangers working in our home but rather like friends at a moving party.I'll never go anywhere else for this type of service. An absolute over-the-top positive experience that I'm happy to know will be continuing monthly!Thank you ladies! ALL of you.
