From the first time I walked into the store and didn’t know much about road biking, the staff have been awesome in helping me find the right bike. And I love my Liv Avail AR! I come back often for accessories, gear, and advice, and they are always so personable; part of my biking community now! I highly recommend their sales and service.

Tennassee was so helpful! I had some questions about the Giant RideSense that I hadn't noticed on my Liv bike, and she helped me with info on how to use my Ant+ bike computer with it. The store is welcome, modern, has coffee by donation (!), and a nice way to shop. Main bike models on display in the new way" where just one of each bike. Comfy chairs. So many types of female bike shoes and Liv clothes. Tennassee helped out three other families/ladies when I was there as well - from women getting eBikes to ideas on strider and little kid bikes for a family."

Liv was seriously a life changing experience. I've always felt uncomfortable in other bike shops, one shop I couldn't get anyone to help me or answer my questions until I came in with a dude which is mind-boggling. When I went into Liv I got amazing customer service, and felt comfortable asking any questions that I had regarding different types of bib shorts and helmets. I will definitely be back, thanks for being inclusive of women in the cycling world.

I just purchased my first Liv bike. The experience I had at Liv was amazing. Tennessee was beyond helpful and didn’t make me feel dumb (I’m an amateur!). She gave me so much helpful information and made me feel confident and proud of my purchase. I highly recommend that if you’re looking for the perfect ride, go to Liv!

The Liv team is truly what makes this bike store a no-brainer. I bought my road bike from Liv Vancouver last year. Since Liv is part of the Giant family, the bikes are of great value, especially when compared to other brands with similar components.There is a huge community component that the shop offers - I've come to the shop for hands-on maintenance clinics but also just to say hi. There are Sunday road rides and even mountain bike rides in the warmer months. Jill, Tennessee, and Dorothy are always more than willing to help take a look at my bike or answer any questions I have. Couldn't recommend this shop any more.

Liv/Giant Vancouver is by far the most attentive and accommodating full-service bike store in the area. Every experience has exceeded my expectations. Even when they are busy or haven't been able to help me with a specific request, they make sure to point me in the right direction. The staff is friendly and has endless knowledge. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone -- from the new to seasoned cyclist!

Two reviews in one: the bikes and the service.One - I LOVE my Liv road bike. In the past when buying road bikes I've had to modify the bikes to fit my smaller size. This means spending more on narrower handlebars, stems and posts etc. to fit a female body. But the minute I sat on my Liv it was perfect and has taken me almost 2000km since! Great quality and I feel confident in the fit. I have ridden Giant bikes in the past and they've been great too. But the Liv really works for me and I recommend to all female or smaller riders to try out.Two - Liv floor staff and Giant techs are SO fabulous. Big shout out to Tennessee who helped me choose my bike and continues to suggest great rides, share bike tips, etc. This is a truly positive space to shop. And thanks to the techs in the Giant store next door who have helped me with a couple great tune-ups, keep my bike running smooth, and are always willing to answer questions or share technical knowledge.

Had a great experience buying my first road bike here at the Liv Store. From the first contact that I had when I stepped in to browse, through using the online contact form and finally to going in to purchase my bike. Everyone that I chatted with was friendly, informative and enthusiastic to share their love of cycling and to help me find the right fit. A huge shout out to Jill who worked patiently with me to size and fit my bike. It would have been so easy to be intimidated as a novice to road riding but she made me feel comfortable to ask some pretty basic (and probably dumb) questions. I highly recommend dropping in and checking them out. You won't be disappointed.

This is the only women-focused bike shop in BC. They sell and service great bikes. My favorite thing, however, is the technical clinics (e.g. fix-a-flat, change brake pads), the events (e.g. gear swap, bikepacking presentations, Sea to Sky trail rides), and the Sunday morning rides that run from Feb to Nov each year. I drop in to visit because it feels like a community. I can drop in to sit at the counter and have a coffee, or ask specific questions, or just getting a minor adjustment on my bike. Meeting the women each Sunday for a ride is something I always look forward to. It is a fun and supportive group. Tennessee, Dorothy, Andrew, Brad, Ale, and Cam have always been the most helpful and supportive of whatever adventures I take on.

My daughter bought her second Liv/Giant bike here recently and it was a great experience. We got exceptional service from Jill. She took a lot of time to listen and set her up with the right bike. My daughter was also graduating to clipless pedals and Jill spent a lot of time to set them and give her the pointers she needed. As a result she loves the bike and got the pedals dialled fast.
