No one knows how to do Fed Ex. Girl wanted to charge me for the envelope. Then left my envelope on counter and walked away. It was full of checks!!! I asked her to please put it in safe place. Horrible service. Took twenty minutes and I had shipping paperwork already done from home.

Just dropped off a return package with prepaid label and had no problem. Took me longer to find the place since i was looking for the FedEx sign and did not realize that it is inside Staples.
