Jibs is a great place to deal with! We had to order a scooter online, because everything is closed. Their website was easy to navigate, and seemed to be accurate about stock levels. We settled on an Envy Prodigy S8 model and ordered it in the evening. The item was ready to ship the next day! After that, tracking info was sent, updated, and maintained accurate info. The product arrived in great shape and the quality of the item is fantastic! Much better than the CTC folding models. We were very happy with our entire experience. Highly recommended!

Had a great experience bringing my daughter for her first skateboard. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly and helped her find the right fit for her skill level (which is none). I would definitely go back here for future purchases of scooters, skateboards, or bikes.

This was my third time ordering online, and every time has been a pleasure. I always have questions before I order and they are always received with an eagerness to help and provide advice which is great when you’re a clueless mom! I love the reason why this store was created and that’s why I shop here for my son’s passion with his scooter! I had the pleasure of meeting the owner Marc today while stopping in at the store and his passion for getting kids outside and involved is undeniable! Truly worth the drive across Halton Region to support a small business that does so much good for our communities!

The attendant at the shop was phenomenal! (I think his name was shark?) Super helpful, pumped up our tires for us and helped us with a seat. Awesome selection and very knowledgeable staff. Thanks again :))
