Home Well, who we've used for 3 years, has been invaluable and given us piece of mind knowing my mother is well cared for . Tammy always keeps us updated on any news or situations that might occur and is always calm and very helpful. You know she has your loved ones best interest at heart. The caregivers that have been with my mum have been experienced and caring. Diane, primary caregiver from Home Well, is like a daughter to my mother as she's been with mum for the 3 years. As I can't visit mum at her LTC during Covid-19 knowing Diane is with her is very comforting. I get updated photos and text daily. Would highly recommend Home Well Senior Care.

We could not have gotten through these last few years, as our parents aged and required increased support and care, without Tammy and her dedicated team. With this support, up until the time of her passing, our Mom was able to remain with our Dad living at the retirement home where they had been residing for many years. Our Dad continued to receive extraordinary care from the HomeWell team until he moved from the retirement home.

We hired Home Well to supplement the lack of quality PSW's we were receiving from the government run/paid for - Paramed. Tammy was great to work with and the PSW's that helped my mom near the end of her life were awesome. Compassionate, caring, trustworthy and experienced. The team at Homewell Senior Care was very professional and accommodating. They worked with us to schedule care at the times we needed it. The staff that cared for my mom were kind, caring, hard working and very professional. They were always on time and provided mom with all the services she needed. We started to need more care for my mother. We began with a service that always had different people everyday and my mother was not getting to know them. We then signed up with Homewell as well. We compared the 2 and we were now receiving a good fit for my mother and the same rotation of 2 to 3 people as we need 24 hour care. We signed up 100% over to Homewell. We are now 3 years with them and they have our back and my mothers love. When she has to go to the hospital they are there by here side and stay with her the whole time to make sure she is cared for. We cannot be there all day so they are our eyes and ears. Through this virus they again were with mom everyday to make sure she was cared for.We now have the same care worker as my mothers needs are 8 hours a day. The PSW is my mothers delight and security for our family that we can sleep knowing she is happy and has someone the keep her properly feed, clean and entertained. I think if we did not have this care my mother would not be here today. My mother is in a wheelchair and cannot talk for herself. So her needs would not be taken care of on her own. I would recommend them to anyone as my mothers care has always been their priority.Thank you Tammy

We have been using HomeWell Senior Care for two and a half years for care for our Mother. Late 2020 my parents needed daily care while we waited to get them into a proper retirement home that suited their needs. We have been using Home Well for 3 1/2 years. Tammy and Jennifer are very accommodating with any changes in our schedule. The attendants are very diligent and caring. My mother has said that Vanessa, her primary caregiver, is her pal and makes her feel good. I recommend this agency.
