Marina was very informative and helpful in making my flooring choice. Always happy to answer the smallest question on such a small project. Great experience working with them.

As high-end builders, we have been working with Coswick for years and have done many projects with their hardwood floors. The milling is perfect and the finishes look amazing. It really helps that they do color matches and custom products as our clients usually need something specific that not many hardwood flooring factories do. We have always been happy about the quality of the products and are recommending it to every homeowner that we are working with as we know that there is going to be no issues with this product in the future.

Coswick products were recommended to me by a flooring company I researched and the salesperson there didn't have any samples (all out) so sent me directly to Coswick in Mississauga to pick up samples. Met Marina who was extremely helpful in selecting the style for my home. Brushed & oiled Vanilla colour. I just love it and its provided my home with a fresh and updated look. I didn't use a Coswick referral for installation but took great comfort that Marina did know the installer I was using and gave good reviews. She really knows the product and the industry players.Coswick hardwood flooring is simply excellent and the pricing is very reasonable. Its worthwhile checking it out and you won't be disappointed. Marina is an excellent resource.

Coswick's herringbone flooring has become the centrepiece of our renovation—a little bit of Europe in a Toronto Edwardian semi. We looked at flooring options for several months and found the engineered hardwood from Coswick was unique and definitely the most natural looking. And Mary Cher was extremely helpful from start to finish, I wish all suppliers were as helpful and communicative as she was.

I am such a picky person, and I am careful about building my house and the general atmosphere. I go through several firms offers. On the basis of the proposed variants focused on Coswick and this is why :1. I am very demanding and difficult to satisfy but customer service at Coswick gave me answers to any of my questions.2. I was immediately warned of all details and told the date when everything will be ready.3.The guys from Coswick installed a Hardwood floor. Overall I’m fully satisfied with the result. It’s been six months, there’s no defect.Thank you, I’ll recommend Coswick Canada to all my friends.

We recently purchased some beautiful hardwood flooring from Coswick and had a great experience with them. Within one week, we placed our order, paid (excellent price too!) and picked it up. Everything was in stock and ready for us when we arrived and even received a complimentary cleaning kit! They also arranged for a Saturday pick up, which they don’t normally do but were able to accommodate us. We highly recommend Coswick Canada!

I had an absolutely awful experience with Coswick Canada. I have never written a negative review about any company, but cannot believe this company is allowed to lie and manipulate clients like this.I ordered custom floors in select grade in Vanilla in June 2022. I was promised the floors in end of August. My floors arrived delayed at the end of November in an absolutely awful grade with extreme discolouration. Not even close to the select grade I had chosen in their showroom or the multiple samples they sent home with me. A salesperson at their distribution company agreed the floors I received were awful and the salesperson “lied to you to close the sale”. After attempting to reach a resolution with the company for 2 months I was still not provided any compensation for the 6 months delay in my renovation project. My flooring installer said he had a client in the past with the exact same experience with Coswick. When I went to the Coswick distributor CDS to discuss my issue there was another client in the showroom who was so yelling and screaming they were so upset the floors they received looked nothing like what they ordered. I wrote the president of Coswick Canada in first week of December 2022 expressing my dissatisfaction and never received a response. Beware of this company.

My new Coswick chevron flooring (pastel finish) is very stylish and really enhances the look and value of my home. It's a beautiful product and unlike any other flooring on the market. Coswick also provides top of the line installation services. My installer 'Roman' was wonderful and he took the time to do a very precise, clean and professional job. I am absolutely thrilled and would highly recommend Coswick flooring to others. Thank you so much !!!!

Coswick had great service from the original ask about samples to the follow up once the order was place. They also gave accurate shipping timelines, since the products I wanted were not in stock in Canada. The photos online as well as the samples gave an accurate representation of the product.One little hiccup was the t-molding didn't survive the shipping from the warehouse to us, but Coswick has been great about making good on that item not making it.

I am specifying Coswick product in my projects for 7+years of my practice. Clients are very happy with the floors and care products and installers appreciate the quality of product. Each board is square so wastage is minimal. Coswick is one of the few companies on market that offers this variety of colour is UV oil. You can pick and choose any colour, grade and size of plank. So easy to customize the design solution for each and every client.Though so surprised to read last two reviews. All hardwood, does not matter which manufacturer, is not tile or vinyl, it is wood, and it is relevantly soft. If you drop something or scratch with heavy furniture you will get a dent or scratch, but when you use oiled floors you can disguise it by applying oil vs lacquered floors when you get what you get. And the discolouration looks like came from wrong care.I am happy with professional service and quality product I am receiving so I am can recommend Coswick Floors with confidence.
