I had gotten a second hand scooter and needed new batteries. I had no idea what kind I needed and didn’t know how the batteries were inside the pack. I emailed the service dept what I had about the scooter and he got back to me the next day that they were in stock. Non the less, I didn’t bring the pack that they fit in as I didn’t know that the batteries go inside the pack. Finnian was awesome! I didn’t trust myself to be able to do it myself so I made the trip back home to get the packs and Finn put them in for me. So now I know. He was very patient with this female senior that had no clue about scooter batteries. A 5 star rating is not enough .

I found the people here very helpful. They went out of their way to set up a rental wheelchair to suit my needs. The monthly rental fee was actually lower than at another place that I'd rented a broken down badly maintained chair from for a few days.

Renting a walker and bought lots of stuff for my knee replacements. They were so helpful and even helped me to the truck with the stuff. The girl upfront was very kind and found everything I needed and had lots of suggestions that I didn’t think of!Recommend this place very highly!!!

The very worst most uncaring and unkind dishonest business towards the disabled.They sold us a used bucket of bolts, falling apart in no time and actually issued threats of legal action AGAINST US when we complained.RIP OFF ARTISTS!
