Staff wasn't interested in helping me find a hard to find fit. This store lost a $135.00 sale on one pair. New Balance online had no such problems.

I had ordered shoes for my kid for school and they were to be delivered within a week. It's been over 10 days. I called the store and they told me the shoes were unavailable and I should receive a check in the mail. I received no notification about this incident. I had to call to receive the bad news. Please work on your communication with your customers.Thank you

Hayden was Johnny on the spot. She helped my daughter and I with a smile (under her mask) you didn't have what we needed but she called Nampa and had them hold for us. Sweet girl! Awesome customer service! Thank you Hayden in Ontario, Oregon!

Always helpful! There customer service is awesome if you ever have a question or need a different shoe size they always are there to help. I love the different kinds of shoes that they carry! They always seem to have clearance items as well! The store is very nice and clean!

Not a good experience they send u coupons and dont oner them they have a hard time with customers so it was a bad day might not go there again and I will let pepole now about this
