Valley Medical Laboratories

The front-end staff here are very bad. They completely lack compassion and understanding and therefore should not be in healthcare positions.I was nearly denied medical treatment due to their ridiculous 'private' policies, with no concern of my medical condition. Very disheartening to say the least.

Lots of excellent workers here! The usual busy-ness if you go in am with people fasting. I prefer to time it for after 2pm, which usually works well for me. Least busy is Friday afternoon.

As my wife visits this office three or four times a month i must remark on two ladies that work at this officee, Tammy Lee and Toni just seem to go out of their way to make her visits enjoyable each time she visits. It seems no matter what pressure they are under they make the time to greet her.

Very organized. Amazing staff. Clean facility.

The ladies are really nice and respectful! I had a bad experience in Peachland Lab. I went to Westbank Lab and they treated me like a human thank you westbank lab staff! You guys are amazing! God bless!

They take your driver's license then forget to bring it to the sample room & give it back as they're supposed to, prompting wasted time and gas on a return trip back there to pick it up.

I have had to get a blood test every 6 months for the past couple of years. I've also used this lab on occasion for many years.They are always quick and efficient. Customer Service" for me at a place like this means getting in and out quickly. They do that well.Why only four stars? Two reasons...1. There seems to be an issue with getting work requisitions from my Dr's office (Prac #65011) to the lab by fax. The Dr's office says it happens sometimes only with this lab. Both sides seem to think it's an issue with the other end. No worries. I picked up a few copies of the routine req at the Dr's office.2. It would be nice to know what hours are slowest for the lab to avoid rush hours. I was hoping Google would provide their handy graph as sometimes shown on a search with other businesses. But it didn't.Other than those two minor issues
