Wonderful salon. Every one in there is so friendly and the prices absolutely reflect the quality of service you receive. With every service you get a wonderful scalp and hair massage. They also offer add on hair masks. I used a detox mask and my scalp and hair felt clean and fresh for almost 3 days after. Amanda my stylist has helped me slowly transition my hair from wild punk girl undercut to stylish bob. Couldn't be happier.

It is hard to find a stylist you can trust and put your full confidence in. Launch does not disappoint, my colour (balayage) is always toned the way I like it, and my stylist takes her time with me to find out what I like. Definitely recommend

I have been in Canada for 10 years and I have been to many hair salons and have paid lots of money to get my hair done like they used to do it in Europe but, I never got what I asked for and my hair got damaged every time. When RIA did my hair last year, I was extremely satisfied and I had to come back again this year (all the way from Vancouver) specifically so RIA can do my hair. I highly recommend her for balayage and any hair colours, cuts, styles and blowouts. But my main reason I come to see her is balayage.Thank you Ria ❤️

This is the best salon experience I have ever had hands down. The staff are extremely knowledgable and really care about every client. The salon space itself is gorgeous with amazing products. I will never go to another salon as long as I'm in the area. I have gotten so many compliments on my hair since going to launch salon. They take time to consult before each visit and offer there opinion, my hair is healthier and looks better than ever before. It is crazy how good it feels to find that little sprinkle of serotonin after visiting Launch Your Hair.Cassie is the sculptor when it comes to cutting my hair. She goes over, she checks and feels how the weight is in each section. You feel so much lighter after sitting in her chair.Ria is the painter. She makes calculated moves when it comes to the foil placement, and then in the sink with the toner. She has to touch every strand. I loved how she was able to take my blonde to the next level, and slowly (and healthily) turn my Italian dark brown hair to Scandinavian ice queen Elsa lol.Jenna is the front desk extraordinaire. When you arrive she greets you warmly, she assists with checking you out, and she juggles in between to lend a hand to help the rest of the team out. She’ll help wash, mix bleach, whatever you ask her.This salon is a fine tuned machine. They are so talented and make you feel so welcome. You are in good hands when you visit Launch Your Hair!

Great place! Cassie really knows what she's doing! She did an amazing job with both my cut and colour. Her attention to detail is amazing, she literally had a plan for every piece of hair Lol. And she listens to you and discusses exactly what your looking for. Highly recommend!
