They would not use their machine on-site to check my prescription if my eyeglasses. My intention was to buy two pair of glasses. Makes no sense other than they want you to have to get you to pay for an eye exam before you buy glasses from them. I had my eyes examined this past week, just didn't have my prescription in me. I'll just order online instead now. Sad.

From the moment I stepped inside, I felt a sense of calmness and that I was in the best hands for my eye care needs. The associates here are so knowledgeable and helpful that I knew there was no one better to assist me. After taking such care finding me the best glasses I could possibly ask for and explaining my options, I made my most confident choice to buy that I’ve ever done. I genuinely had the best service at this location. I was helped by Princia (optician) who help me look at literally 50 pairs of glasses before finding a pair that I really liked. She helped me by giving me honest feedback which was great, because I always have trouble finding glasses. I always really appreciate good customer service and this was superb. The glasses only took one week to be completed and they feel great.

Great experiance. Staff very professional, curtious, friendly. Mayra and Surjit were amazing and optometrist was very friendly, professional and thorough. Spoke to store manager before leaving and complemented on her staff and their professionalism. Now waiting for new glasses and am not worried at all as for fit, and quality. Highly recommend.
