I called Vanessa to see what our options are and to get a better idea of how much we could spend. She took all info and gave us detailed numbers including our expenses. Since we had to buy and sell, she did the calculations for different scenarios. She went above and beyond to get us a great deal for our mortgage. Whenever we had questions, even ones not directly related to our mortgage, Vanessa was responsive by phone or email. One time when Vanessa was busy, Rasha called me to make sure I had my answer. They're a great team. They're both knowledgeable, professional and honest. Nothing to hide and no surprises. Vanessa and Rasha are simply amazing brokers to deal with and got the job done smoothly. They really care for their clients and understood it was a stressful process for us. I will definitely recommend. It's too bad that I can only give them 5 stars because they deserve 6 for going beyond their responsibilities. They are the best!

Rasha is a very knowledgeable person and really helped in getting me a mortgage in these crazy times of inflation and with interest rates going up and harder to obtain.
