Love this store! We have been going to it since it opened. They have awesome staff who are always very friendly and helpful. The store always has a great selection of toys, crafts, and books for all age groups as well as a great selection of baby products. Store is always tidy and is well organized

Was a very pleasant shopping experience.Was fully stocked for the holiday season.Found a few exceptional offers.Mostly fairly priced. Biggest challenge was deciding!Lyra , our cashier was very good too.

Great store with great staff. I didn't realize there were still Toy'R'Us out there. But there are! They have a huge selection of toys and goodies for people of all ages, especially 12 and younger. They have tons of Lego with every type out there. There is a huge baby section. They have tons of games for kids and families with many different versions for collectors, such as different versions of Monopoly. They had a great younger reader selection. There was also an adult section for collectables and graphic novels. I was very impressed with the place and hope it continues to survive as it seems they have put the work in.

When I say I was moved to tears by the representation of Indigenous Authors in your store, I am being literal. It really made my heart sing and I feel so thankful to be recognised. Thank you so much. ❤️

We always have a great experience at toys r us, the staff and management is great! Shout out to manager Ryan for being approachable and easy to work with. Much appreciated!! Definitely recommend this store and it’s staff.

I think I put every employee to work today between looking for princess dresses in the store when I called before coming in, to finding me an obscure board game, to blowing up helium balloons - everyone was amazing. Major thanks to Tracy who clearly runs a great team and for being so patient with my balloon fussiness. You all made this last minute birthday party for my 3 year old incredibly special.

Took my children in today for the Easter princess scavenger hunt. It is so nice to see More activities coming back to the store.The guy running it 'J' was awesome. He is so great with the all the kids. This is the second activity we have been there for with him running it and he always makes it fun. I really like the way he talks to the children, not just the parents, he always asked if it is ok to take photos of the kids having fun. He is also very knowledgeable about the toys the store carries. When ever I have needed guidance in any way trying to figure out what toy I am looking for he always has the answers and will often make suggestions or give me ideas on what is trending and popular. It is always a relief for me to see him working when I am in.

The staff at this store are always really friendly & ready to assist.Today, Ravin was great with my son (& verypatient with his annoying price-inquiry Mom). Mckaylah is very knowledgeable & helpful. I always enjoy interacting with Krista & she is quick to offer great suggestions. Thanks to the staff that make our visits so enjoyable.
