I asked an employee a few weeks ago why a certain product wasn’t being stocked anymore and mentioned how much I liked it. He said he’d bring it up to the stock manager (I’m not sure what to call the position…lol). He did and the product is back!! I was so excited! They really listen to customers. That same day, I had Dyana as my cashier. Best experience I’ve had in a while. I mentioned how incredible her attitude made my experience. Genuinely an amazing store, I know it’s groceries but the quality of employees, like Dyana, reflects positively on the location.a kind cashier who’s patient, kind and caring is worth it’s wait in gold.

If you're lookimg for a decent samosa get it here. Thei ready made samosa is the best I have had for this type of presentation. Cost is reasonable and serving size is very good ....those babies are stuffed full no air no filler... the beef samosa is the best ....

I went here to pick a couple things up with my two children today and I was having a hard time at the check out my daughter (4 months) wanted to be held while my 2 year old was on a mission to make a run for it.The cashier who helped me was wonderful and so helpful! She bagged all my things and put them in the stroller for me. I had my hands full and didn't get to thank her but she made a stressed mom moment so much easier.I unfortunately didn't get her name in all of the chaos. But wanted to say thank you❤️

Wasn't aware that at the bakery nothing that they sell is ACTUALLY BAKED AT SOBEYS. IT ALL COMES IN FROZEN.THEY JUST DECORATE the FROZEN GOODS.The prices are outrageous for it being Frozen.Buyer beware!

Great store. Went for potatoes and Zehrs was low on them. Bought a few more items though.

Ready made food is inconsistent, half the time I leave empty handed. Makes it hard to have a healthy option. Typically pick a wrap as an option. But it's a 50/50 chance of biting into a chicken bone as they are not paying attention when making the food. Not a great way to start a day.

I'm always able to get in and out quickly at this location. They have some good vegan options. The vegan options are expensive but many times they're on sale.

This place is always clean and shelves are stocked well. Lots of choices here. The employees are very helpful and always nice.

I have NEVER been so disappointed. Purchased a celebration cake for my daughter's birthday, and my compliments (your house brand!) Chocolate ice cream. Two hours later, we discovered the ice cream was freezer burned. Inspected the bottom of the carton to find it had expired in JULY 2022. ITS JANUARY 2023! Then, my family took a bite of cake. Rubbery icing, and hard cake inside. ALSO old and stale! From the bakery display!Took it back immediately while my family waited for a replacement cake. Manager Kristy stared right through me as I explained the situation, and then responded: well, are you going to get another cake or do you want a refund? I dunno what you want.... No reaction

Little expensive but always have what I want
