Du début à la fin j’ai été bien servi. On a répondu rapidement à toutes mes questions, même après l’installation. Le vendeur, le personnel de bureau ainsi que les installateurs étaient courtois et patients et de toute évidence ils connaissent leur métier. Je referai affaires avec PomTech si j’ajoute d’autres appareils. Seul petit bémol au tableau a été une erreur de planification du jour de l’installation, mais très vite pardonnée quand on a droit à un service aussi impeccable!

It is so refreshing to experience excellent customer service provided by a skilled technician. At PomTech Energie, they treat their customer like family. Our appointment was in a timely manner and it was confirmed a couple of times prior to the arrival of their technician who did a fantastic job at connecting our new gas range to the gas line, and in performing the Ng to LP gas conversion on the unit. Polite, clean, informative and competitive pricing sums it all. Highly recommended.
