I bought a fixture from Supreme 10 years ago and had an issue with finding replacement bulbs as the manufacturer no longer makes the bulbs it uses. Sanny and Lisa at Supreme both went above and beyond to help me resolve my issue. I will always go back to Supreme for my lighting needs. They are all fabulous people!

Customer service at its finest!!!We purchased a couple of Schonbek chandeliers few years ago. One of the crystals needed to be replaced, so I went to the store with very little hope, gave them the description as well as a picture of the piece that needed to be replaced, and asked them to please order it for me. To my absolute surprise, they searched their entire warehouse for an hour and were able to find the exact piece. I was absolutely speechless, and they didn't even charge me. I now know where I need to go for my next purchase. Thank you for the amazing experience.

They are the best in town! Friendly staff and they are very knowledgeable.They give good recommendations and answer all your questions.After sale services are good (keep in mind to keep all the receipts).I bought most of the lights from Supreme and I highly recommend friends and family to buy from them too.

Dropped in last minute at almost closing to pick up a fixture, James was very helpful and knowledgeable. Found us the perfect fixture within a few minutes! They also have a wide assortment of bulbs at very reasonable prices, no reason to go to a big box store. Support local!

Just about the best place to get great quality light fixtures and accessories at a reasonable cost. The customer service is excellent. I have been going there for 20 years. My experience shopping there has always been so good- I am very indecisive and James is just about the most patient and kind person to deal with. If I could give 10+ I would.
