Older facility but looks like they made some updates: new paint on the doors and numbers. I needed a big unit and it was available at a great price. Bahar, the representative that helped me out, was quick, showed me everything I needed to know and answered all my questions. I enjoyed my experience setting everything up and look forward to storing all my things!!

I had my stuff there for a few months while moving here from out of province. When I went to clear it out the final time, it had been broken into and at least a daily expensive power tool was stolen. When I called the police they said “oh yeah we know that place. I was there for a call just last week” The staff were completely non-responsive in providing any information or security camera footage and the extra insurance they made me pay for as a hidden charge on top of the rental fee was equally useless. Choosing this place cost me thousands of dollars in the end.

Bahar was very helpful and good customer service , she answered all my questions facility was clean and huge they have cover loading dock which will be good for winter time during then snow storm . And lots of cart to load and unload .the only reason why i’m renting here is because of bahar she got me with her warm smile and friendly behaviour

They raise the price after 6 months (for a locker listed at $130 on website, I was paying $230). Also, right of the bat I was paying $11 hidden cost monthly on top of tax. When calling to resolve, no answer. When confronting at front desk, blindly quoting company policy with no desire to help or acknowledge the ridiculousness of their overcharge. Strongly recommend to put your stuff elsewhere.

Safe clean place to park commerical vehicles, store business supplies and even buy boxes! This place is just incredible- The staff in the office are some of the finest people I have ever met. If you want the best of everything including the price go to smart storage!
