Hollywood Nails

I have been coming to Hollywood nails for years and always have a great experience. The staff are always so kind and always take their time with my nails and make sure everything is perfect.

Absolutely deplorable! I went there with my niece for her Birthday I got a French Pedicure with a design on the big toe, along with 2 Shellaca Manicures and was charged $113.00!!!!!! Outrageous! My manicure does not look great and I'm disgusted at the price. I go to my regular salon bi weekly, my nails are in good shape and there is simply no reason that it should have been that much! I do not feel I got what I paid for. I am not cheap by any means, simply don't appreciate being ripped off.

Had acrylic tips and pedicure. Pedicure was great. Middle age man did my tips. He was rough and cranky. I left $5 tip for both treatments. When I went to pay, proprietress insisted cash only. When she saw that I was short of cash, she handed me the interac. Then , she questioned me THREE times if I left tip. I won’t go back to this place. Good luck to you.

I came here on boxing day, my overall experience wasn't as good as my boyfriends, and he only got a pedicure. The elder woman who was doing my nails was on the rough side with my hands. My cuticles weren't cleaned up. She didn't clip my nails before gluing on the fake tips. She knicked my cuticles, causing little wounds, and the nails aren't the same length as shown in the pictures shared. My manicure just looks sloppy in general when you really look at my nails. She was also the one who did my pedicure & she was rough with my toes too, sprayed me with water, and I noticed I didn't get the same treatment as my partner. I understand it can be frustrating, but her attitude was less than professional. We might return for pedicures since this business offers a dry foot treatment & callus removal, but idk if I'd wanna get my nails done again. I told the nail tech I wanted holographic glitter tips like the picture I showed her, but she ended up putting the glitter all over the nail. It turned out fine so I didn't mind, & I didn't make a huge fuss over my experience while there cause I wanted to enjoy the experience/time with my boyfriend since it was an already stressful day.

Worse nail salon ever! They don’t have a price list posted, so they will charge according to if they think they can get away with it! For an acrylic fill they charged me 75 dollars and it wasn’t even good, you can see the strokes of the brush and the brush itself was harden with the gel, ofcourse it wouldn’t be smooth! I called a couple of days after to check how much a fill was and she said $55.00!! Never again!

The guy who did my nails didn’t use enough product, so my nails started lifting after only a few days, then one came off within a week. They have high prices so this manicure felt like a total waste of money. Plus, the guy didn’t do the polish the way I wanted, so I got stuck with this stupid Christmas design in September! He got very rude when I tried to tell him how I wanted it o look. Waste of time & money since they are coming off so quickly.

Me, my sister and my mom came here for a mother daughter day. I partly don't do my nails to often due to my type of work. I was observing how they were treating my mom and sister while they had a pedi and myself a mani. They did not start on my mom's pedi until I was almost done my mani. They did not acknowledge her saying we will be with you shortly while we finished your daughter's, if they were short staffed finish with the customers you have in the salon especially if they have an appointment. Instead of serving new customers coming in. As for myself the lady was quiet pleasant doing my mani until I was unsure which way she wanted my hands to go when she was added coats. When she didnt move the lamp. could tell she was frustrated even though she spoke in another language her tone and body language said it all. When I looked over my nails I noticed that she didn't fill my shellac properly missing edges and cut my cuticles till they bled a bit. I told her it hurt when she cut that deep but finished the job. My sister wanted me to go get them fixed but I told her no it's ok ill finish them myself . It might just be them feeling overwhelmed because they must be short staff. But they should really pace themselves with each customer just like I noticed hoew they treat their patrons.

Went to get a pedicure was told there was a 15 minute wait not an issue about 15 minutes later they ask me to sit in one of the spa chairs which I did; the basin had no water so I am sitting on the chair sandals off and bare feet in a cold basin with no water; no one even bothered to talk to me or put water in so I could soak comfortably; patiently waited another 15 minutes and still nothing so got up put my shoes on and getting ready to leave now they are sorry and say they will do a soak forget it!!!! Never again will I visit this salon would give it less than 1 if I could

I went with my husband to get pedicures and I went first so my polish could dry while he had his done. I politely asked that the technician not cut up the sides of my toe nails (Bc cutting straight across prevents ingrowns) and she argued with me. I also politely asked that she not use the pedicure blade on my heels because it’s not necessary and she also argued with me on that. I told her to do the same for my husband and she used the blade anyway. The nail polish used on me was so thin from being topped up with polish thinner that it never dried in the half hour I waited and ended up smudging off. The woman next to me was grimacing in pain because they were digging at the sides of her nails with sharp tools. So unsafe. Overall uncomfortable experience. Never going back.

I don't like when Im paying you to do my nails and you have a conversation in another language the whole time. Talk about making a customer feel uncomfortable! Its like whispering but so much ruder because they know there's no way I could understand and they could be saying anything... could be insulting customers or talking dirty...who knows. Imagine a hairstylist or dentist or any other person you pay to work on your body doing this the while time...My nails were done okay, I just had a shellac done. The lack of proper communication irked me. The price was insane, me and my sister together got: 1 set of tips and both shellac and it was close to $120.... not worth it.
