Recently purchased a prom dress from this location. Our stylist Marina was amazing, patient and understanding. She helped me find the perfect dress.Alterations were also done by Gloria to ensure a perfect fit! Great customer service!Thank you so much :)

Veronica was my wedding specialist (knowledgeable and nice lady) and along with the help of my future mother in-law, I picked my wedding dress for my fiancé and mine special day! ❤️Great deals, all kind of styles and sizes! Very dissatisfied. Staff have no idea what they are doing. For my bridesmaids dresses I had called ahead to make sure they would have a various amount of styles in for larger sizes and regular sizes. They assured me multiple times- they had one dress for my bridesmaid that was a size 18 to try on. Consultant had no idea what she was doing, didn’t know how to size anyone.I purchased my wedding dress- prior to the bridesmaid dress experience- and was going to be needing alterations, which were minor. They had created more issues to fix and still continued to up charge me. They had some how shortened my dress and created two holes within the skin mesh and told me there was nothing they could do when they caused the problem.Had to have multi trips to the store for alterations and as soon as one issue was fixed another one occurred and they had different seamstresses touching the dress and not confirming the notes made by the previous seamstress and to not touch until that employee had fixed it. Still waiting for some sort of compensation after many phone calls to store manager for the experience. Considered the one layer had ripped away after wearing my dress for 3 hours.Will never shop hear again and advise everyone to stay away.

I attended with my daughter without an appointment and they were able to accommodate us. They have a great sale going on and the sales person was quite helpful. My daughter needed a second dress as she got married 2 years ago and her original dress no longer fit, so she needed a new dress for her reception coming up in a month. She tried on several dresses and was not rushed or pressured into making a decision. She did decide on a dress and a new pair of shoes also. Thank you David's for your help and great choices with affordable prices!

My daughter had a wonderful experience finding her wedding dress at David’s Bridal thanks to Faheemah. She was wonderful and definitely knew what to pull for my daughter based on her preferences. The Managers; Mariya and Brooke were also so helpful when it came to pulling the perfect veil and shoes. They also helped us figure out colours for the bridal party and showed us all the different dresses we can get!

Really fun experience! The stylist who was helping me was so kind, had great energy, and was ready to recommend anything I was looking for! I didn’t say yes to the dress but I enjoyed trying things on!

I booked an appointment with a specialist. When booking the appointment, I was asked what I was looking for. I described what I was looking for and was told they would be happy to help me. I told them I was looking for a dress for a second wedding and was wanting to go with something in navy blue. When I arrived, The girl that greeted me asked me if I was looking for a mother of the groom or bride dress. Needless to say, we were not off to a good start. I had rushed from work trying not to be late for my appointment. I was told to sort through racks myself and pick out dresses. The reason I booked an appointment with a specialist was because I’m not very good at this and I needed some help. There were clearly quite a few walk ins that were receiving service. I’m not sure what the point was to booking an appointment. The girl who is supposed to be helping me who also informed me that she was the manager, was running around helping several other people at the same time. I’m guessing they were looking for dresses for a bride & likely a full bridal party. Feeling somewhat stressed and disappointed , I got myself dressed and left the store. I got in my car and looked over and seen Melanie Lynne’s. I had an absolutely great experience. A girl named Christina help me. She could not have done more for me. She brought me so many dresses and stayed near the change room ready to help me. I left there with the most beautiful dress. I should also add that while I was at Melanie Lynn’s, I received a call from David’s bridal asking me if I wanted to rebook my appointment. Now seriously. After that experience, why would I want to do that?
