Shinla Garden Korean Restaurant

First time coming here. Food was delicious and price was fair. Very small joint with simple decor. Service was quick and friendly. Definitely would come back.

Very delicious traditional Korean dishes. The main dishes are a little on the pricey side for the small-ish size of the portions.

Pretty authentic food and good prices. Location is not that convenient and Interior can be improved.

Truly one of my favorite places to eat. If I've had a long day I like to reward myself with a dish from here. I've probably been here north of 20 times, taking as many friends as I can and the food has never let me down. It's seriously delicious and the simple plating gives it a very strong home cooked feel.Now the restaurant's appearance may be a little detouring but don't let that scare you away. The place is always clean, consistent, and friendly.I wouldn't call Shinla Garden a romantic place but the food is definitely date worthy.Oh and if you love spicy food as much as I do they'll really crank up the heat if you ask. My girlfriend and I will order the same dish at drastically different heat levels and they're both out of this world.

Honest and friendly service and great food. We had the handmade noodles for two and it was definitely more than enough for three people. The lady was very welcome and always tried to give her customers her fullest attention even though she was serving by herself that evening. Would definitely return for more.

Amazing find! It's not the prettiest of restaurants...but the staff are great and the food is excellent. The prices are fair and the portions are large. We had a great female server who was very friendly and helpful aiding us in navigating the menu and with all of the questions we had.The food was served quickly, we didn't have to wait long and it was very tasty. This is one of those hidden places that tourists spend hours searching for.

Went in on a whim. Glad I did. The servers were excellent. Friendly and knowledgable. Helped me to navigate the menu with ease. Don't be fooled by the somewhat old looking interior of the restaurant. The food is amazing. Tasty, colourful, good portion sizes. I'll definitely be returning.

Not an upscale place but the server is friendly and the service is good! I ordered sizzling beef which was ok. Sweet and spicy chicken was good.

This is our new go to for Korean food. The food was delicious! Service was very pleasant and polite.I had the Japchae and my husband had the Sweet and Spicy Chicken. Fantastic! Started with some beef dumplings and they were so fresh. It was hands down the best Korean food we've had in the KW area.Ignore the location and decor. The food more than makes up for it. Please give it a try!
