Terrible! If I could give them 0 stars I would. You know those consumer investigation shows like W5? .... they would have had a field day with this company. They were located 2 minutes from my home and only asked me over the phone what I wanted moved. I asked about payment and was told rate of $110 per hour would be tallied at end of move. When they showed up they advised two trips would be needed as truck not big enough...I was fine with this as we were moving only 15 minutes away. As per their ad they charge $110 per hour and include taking apart furniture and reassembling it. They started shortly after 1PM moving our furniture out of our home...at 4 PM we received keys to our new home. During that time Omar was rude and argumentative. They showed up to our new home and refused to unload truck unless they got paid. Then they also demanded 2 more hours paid upfront to put furniture in house. Cam lied and said we only wanted furniture in garage. What person wants their bedroom set, couch, etc in a garage???? This was not discussed EVER. Be prepared...these guys are not honest and will make up what they were asked to do. We paid them over $750 and were prepared to pay for 2nd trip they discussed earlier. They dumped some our furniture in our home. Our bed was in peices - one of our relatives watched as they tossed it into the bedroom. They asked our friend to help carry a mattress up the stairs. They left most of our items in our garage and dining room piled up like junk. They left suddenly and we never heard from them again - did not return calls. We had to hire a 2nd company to finish their job and clean up their mess. IF YOU WANT A RELIABLE COMPANY CALL POWERHOUSE MOVERS IN LONDON - we have used Powerhouse several times in the past and they are careful, professional, honest and RELIABLE...they fixed the mess Omeros (also known as CDM Movers) made for a fair price. We originally tried to book Powerhouse but they were not available on our move day. I read the 1 stars Omeros had after the facts and could relate to the poor experience others had. I wished I had read these before I hired them.

We used Omero's Moving to move student furniture from a storage unit to an apartment and were extremely happy with all aspects of the move. Friendly, reliable, professional, honest, and genuine caring movers! Highly recommend!
