This location is on par with customer service and they are always willing to help. I have no complaints. Large selections of treats, food, toys, harnesses even stuff for bathing and pet health. Great return policy to on food and pet harnesses and leashes too.

It was so nice. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. We are new to having a pet fish and they are handholding us so well. There are many products to support our journey at the store. They also have a dog adoption area. Guess you can adopt a dog there. They have all other types of pets, I couldn’t even name them all. Definitely going back there. Really nice.

Got my dog groomed here and they did a horrible job. I went to Courtney, she left my poor Dog with 2-3 cuts on his skin. And shaved him all the way down. Never coming back here ever again. I would give it negative stars if i could.

We have been taking our Rocky to Madison to get groomed since his first puppy bath/trim and she is amazing! She really takes the time to bond and earn his trust. She does a phenomenal job and we love his look every time!The whole grooming department is kind, friendly and have big smiles on their faces when we walk in the door.

Great friendly service. We picked up a ton of stuff for our new puppy coming. Everyone was super helpful and eager to make suggestions and give us detailed information on toys, bedding. Food choices.The store was very clean and easy to navigate. I spent about $300 and made a joke that I thought the one item was a discount card but in fact a little license plate my wife slipped in. The Girl at the cash registry gave a little chuckle and let me know it was not a gift card but anothet item that cost more money lol. That's the kind of service I appreciate these days because it's been extremely stressful the last 2 years and sometimes a little humour makes the experience all that much better

I take my little dumpling (Frankie) here for grooming and the staff is always top notch. They treat here like she’s their own dog and never make me wait when I book an appointment. If you struggle with ear cleaning and nail grinding- add the services on and you won’t be disappointed. The pricing is very fair, but I usually tip cash because I know my pooch can be a handful.

Why they have so many online pick up stalls is beyond me. They still have not reverted these back to regular parking spots and are left empty all the time.

Rude staff, severely untrained and literally abusing the animals! Walked in today to see three dead beta, and one sick one still sitting on the shelf. Went further down the aisle to find a pile of dead fish in the garbage, that was left out. Y’all need to stop shopping at petsmart, they hire absolutely anyone with no animal education and abuse these poor animals. Gross gross grooosssss!!! The one on macloed isn’t any better. Dead and sick fish everywhere
