Jaguar Thornhill

Not happy with my last visit! Got my Jaguar XF 2010 in for an engine light. They said after the initial assessment, that they have to replace an oxygen sensor( sensor 1, bank 1). They gave me a price for the sensor and labor: 900 dollars, plus taxes. I said yes, they started working on the car. They call me next day, the car is fixed, ready to pick up. Paid everything, took my car, but 300 feet from the dealership, the engine light came on again. Turned around, dropped the car back at the dealership. waited one weekend( it was a Saturday), to find out it was another oxygen sensor, not the one they changed. I had to pay more money for the second sensor, although I believe the first one was good to start with. In top of that, they told me I have two nails in one of the tires. They said is going to cost me 180 dollars to fix the tire, 90 bucks for each nail. I said no, I will fix it somewhere else. I went to another place, they found ONLY one nail, not two, and it costed me 49 dollars to fix. How can that happen? To make two mistakes, the oxygen sensor and the two nails(only one in reality)? Is the work being done by some apprentice who just came from the street? These guys are supposed to be the best...NEVER going back there. Sorry, there are other Jaguar dealerships. Thank you.Nick

He was pleasant to deal with…I wish there were more people like him in this industry. I wasn’t offered an unnecessary repair and assured that my vehicle was in par with its factory settings. I will definitely come back to this location for my auto service needs.

I’ve always had a brilliant experience with JLR THORNHILL. In my case I bought a 2019 JAGUAR XF AWD and the entire process was seamless and smooth. Alex Kasagic was the person I dealt with and he’s always been extremely patient to clear all doubts and answer any questions that I had from time to time. Apart from the sales department, their Service is A-Class. Ricky Pham at Service is amazing and he always takes the time to make sure every issue is solved completely. Very happy with JLR THORNHILL so far!!!

We were worried about a new experience at this new and temporary service facility today. Jacob Liu was the service advisor who was patient and a good listener to what needed to be done. After the service, he fully explained our next steps. We left happy; bonus was the delicious snacks.

Had a great experience with Christian. We came in to get our Jaguar appraised. Of all the Jaguar stores that we dealt with, Christian was one of the best representatives to deal with. He answered all of our questions and worked out an excellent deal. Highly recommended!!
