Lovely driver (Ann) took us from Rocky Mountain House to Nordegg for a very fair rate. Her vehicle was immaculate and she is extremely pleasant. I would recommend her and the company..

Called at almost 2 hours before the time I was supposed to get picked up so I could ensure I'd have a cab on time. 5:45 came and no cab. Called and apparently the dayshift guy never told the nightshift guy. Had to take my vehicle instead because all the cab companies were too busy

My car died on the way to the mountains out west, they got me back to Rocky very quickly and for a reasonable price. Community minded and very dedicated to good customer service. 11/10 would recommend!

I called for a cab to Co op.He said he doesn't know what co op is. I was just laughing and trying to explain what co op is because it doesn't make sense that he doesn't know what co op is. I wasn't even annoyed until he just hung up when i was explaining.

Called them and they said 2 people ahead of me, 15-20 minutes, cool. Call 20 minutes later and the dude tells me to wait another 20 minutes. Trash.

We had our wedding this weekend on a private property just outside of Rocky Mountain House and hired Leland to shuttle our guests back to their hotels at the end of the night. He was fantastic! Friendly, professional and easy to work with! Thank you Leland!

They said they would be 15 minutes. Ok no problem. They were an hour. I had to call back and ask if they were still coming. Guy said he just started his shift and the other driver didn't tell him.. I was only going a 2 blocks, normally I would walk, but I had a recent health complication. I was only running in the store quick and the driver wouldn't wait 5 mins for me after I waited an hour for him.. then the crook charged me $8 to go 2 blocks.. never again.. seriously only 2 blocks. From DQ to the co-op grocery store $8!.. JUNK!!!

I want to take this time to give the hugest shoutout to the boys at Mountain Cabs. I moved here a year ago and Lelands cab has become a mobile confessional of sorts. Sometimes, I will call a cab just so I get to talk to Leland, Dwayne or Justin. This business is the epitome of service. They bust their assets off to serve the community, are affordable, and always driving safely. Not to mention how tidy they keep their vehicles. Sometimes they get caught up running people to the city, so try to call ahead on busy days - they always give a good time quote. Cab drivers have become a strained, essential service and your support means the world to them. If you cant afford to tip, I encourage you to give them a heartfelt thank you.24/7 - Mountain Cabs has Rocky's back :)
