CPR Cell Phone Repair St. Albert

I just had my phone fixed today by this awesome guy. Of course I forget his name but I just wanted to give him props. He helped out this woman who got upset at him (for no reason at all - asking him basically to read her thoughts) and he handled it like a pro. He was so nice but assertive, getting her stuff done while assisting me at the same time. Great service. Way to go man. Thank you for your job for me too. My phone isn't even recognizable lol.

came in with a stuck power button on my dead laptop. not only did they give me a free estimate, but also fixed the button free of charge. quick response time, quick repair and very friendly. my family has also received great and affordable service, so I'd recommend them.

DO NOT USE THEM!! Irreputable scammers! I brought my iPhone 11 Pro here to replace my broken screen, and while I knew that they weren't using Apple parts, I didn't realize they were 100% incompetent. My replaced screen stopped working 2 days after getting it back; it went completely black. I took the phone back and asked for a refund and was told no.I brought the phone to Apple to have it replaced and was shown a broken logic board (see photo) and was told when CPR Cell Phone Repair replaced my screen, they ruined the entire phone; the cost of fixing it is more expensive than buying a new iPhone.I could not be more dissatisfied or upset that they ruined my phone and wouldn't refund me after 2 days, for something that was totally their fault. Don't waste your time or money with these people!

Highly recommended!Forget what you expect from a cellular repair store as they warranty their work & go above & beyond with customer service & satisfaction!I’ve had the screen replaced on my daughters IPhone XS but it stopped working after a few months. In my distress, I returned to CPR & after thorough diagnosis, it was a manufacturer defect w/ the digitizer so it was replaced under warranty.My iPhone 11 screen was replaced & it’s been doing great for the past year!Highly recommended & I am fully confident they can handle your needs…The first phone repair center I’ve been comfortable taking my repairs to.

My boyfriend had to take his phone back here to get it fixed and then REfixed. Less then a week after the last fix the screen COMPLETLEY stopped working and at that point we were abroad for the next 2 months. When we got back they refused to refund the money or fix it again for free. DO NOT USE THEM

My S10 battery needed replacing as i had noticed the battery life getting shorter and shorter. I chose CPR st albert as i had a previous repair carried out there 18 months ago and i was happy with the repair and service. At this stage my phone is nearly 2 years old but otherwise it is (was) in showroom condition. The relatively small cost of a new battery v replacing the phone was an easy decision.I dropped off the phone and 30 minutes later it was ready, i was told to keep it in its case to aid the glue on the rear cover. I kept it in the case overnight an removed it the following morning to notice the cover barely attached. I took it back and they re-attempted to glue it. Again I was not happy with the fit, it had bulged and the cover was spongy"

The people here are professionals in their service. They patiently answered my questions and worked with me to resolve a warranty issue where my phone model was not in their system. We got their system updated and my phone was repaired in short order. Great place!

BEWARE!!!!!!! DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! They do not back up their shotty workmanship. Unfair business. Waste of my time and money. There was no room or time for compensation, explanation or solution at all. Very dissatisfied with this business and will not use them again! Even Apple cannot fix what they have damaged while completing my so-called repair"."

Staff is skillful and excellent. I have had the following services performed: 2 battery replacements on iPhone as well as a screen replacement. All three jobs were done during the repair estimate time and cost. Finished work looks flawless.

My husband had a small piece of his charger break off inside his charging port (in his brand new phone!). After visiting a couple of local repair shops with no success, my husband visited CPR Cell Phone Repair. Within 5 minutes the gentleman (I apologize, my husband did not remember his name), had the piece removed and the phone is now charging perfectly.
