Lucky to come on the last day of strawberry picking. Even though today was extremely hot, we managed to enjoy our time here. My toddler liked the tractor ride and freshly picked strawberries. We can't wait to come back to the sunflower maze in July.

Had lots of fun walking around the farm! We came to pick apples specifically. Admission is $10 per adult, and comes with a free pumpkin or squash, which is pick-your-own. If you want to pick apples, you can also buy a bag to fill up. The 10lb bag is $15 and the 20lb bag is $25.The farmhouse has a small concession stand selling fries, apple fritters, light snack fare. There's also a small market stand selling farm goods such as raw honey, maple syrup, and other goods. We went mid-September and the apple varieties available were Royal Galas and McIntosh. Royal galas looked especially great this time of year.

Delicious apples. Nice family farm. Very friendly staff. They also have a small playground for kids and a food truck.Things to consider:- we came at 9:30 am, and we were the last car to be let on the closest parking lot (you can see the lineup on the photos, though, it moves really quick).- from the very opening, the farm was packed with visitors (social distancing is possible only on the fields).- despite the sunny and warm weather, the grass is wet (in the morning). It is worth bringing rain boots.

Applewood farm is a really great place to be for picking up pinions and apples. The workers at this place are very polite and informative. Their facility was clean a no they supplied a lot of washrooms around the farm. There is hose to clean off your feet after walking around the field full of mud. Overall this place is 10/10 highly recommended to anyone who enjoyed picking apples and pumpkins with their family for a fun day.

Such a nice farm, not too far from the city. They have a small animal farm (goats) for petting, playground for kids, bushels of hay to climb on (one), corn maze, 2 wagon rides (one to the pumpkin patch and one around the farm. Each paid admission gets you a pumpkin and squash. We went on the first day and it was great to have first pick of crops!

I brought my parents to this farm for apple picking and we had a lot of fun! Entrance fee is $10 per person and we can each get a pumpkin. If you want to pick apples to go, you have to pay $15 for a 10lbs plastic bag. We first got on to the wagon and it brought us to the pumpkin farm. One tip is not to sit too close to the driver as there are lots of dust flying to your face. The pumpkin farm is quite large and we each picked our pumpkin. Would be better if we brought a small cart for the pumpkins. Beside the pumpkin farm there is also a sunflower farm. They were not fully bloomed yet when we visit that day. After that we took the wagon back to the apple farm. There were only golden crisp available so we ate a few only and did not purchase the plastic bag. Apples tasted fresh and sweet. After that we relaxed a bit around the farm and left. Overall was a great experience and would suggest to visit when there are more types of apples available. You can see updates on their social media pages.

Aside the fact it's a place to get apples, pumpkins and squash this time of year it's a good family place. They have a market to buy things like apple tarts or butter and maple stuff. They have tractor rides to take you from one side of the farm to the other.A corn maze , and even sunflowers to see.1 star missing because the presence of any sort of drink or warm cider on site is non existent. Quite disappointed with this aspect because the amount of traffic and people they see , would expect to offer some sort of drink or warm beverage so readily available. Not tieing it to the food truck line which was barely big enough.
