If you are planning to travel in the near future I highly recommend booking with Ashley!My husband and I recently went on a short holiday and booked with Ashley, and I am so thankful I did! Not only does she take care of everything you need beforehand - flights, hotel, activities, insurance, but we ran into trouble coming home and our flight was canceled. She took care of us - booked return flights and the booking of our hotel for the extra night. And she has been ever-so-helpful with the insurance claims we have had to do afterwards. We haven’t travelled in a long time and it was a relief to have Ashley’s knowledge at our fingertips - she was very responsive to emails & texts. I won’t book travel without Ashley helping me again!

We booked our trip to Japan with Ashley. This was a last minute decision and we didn't have anything planned. We literally gave Ashley three cities we wanted to visit and she worked her magic. Ashley put a lot of thought and research into locations of hotels, travel and the ever evolving rules around the pandemic. We landed on the first day of travel opening back into Japan.We had all the apps downloaded and ready to go which saved us a good hour in immigration.Short version is she is AMAZING and I am grateful to have her <3

After a long hard road of finding resorts, cancelling, rebooking, cancelling again and finally booking our final destination. Having Ashley’s assistance to book our vacation was worth every penny. She is an expert on destinations and will carefully curate options that meet your needs. We provided her with a list of our wants (small resort, quiet, outdoor jacuzzi) and some references points of where we had been that we did and didn’t like. Ashley is an amazing travel agent. She planned our large family trip to Disneyland in April of 2023 and the trip went off without a hitch.
