Took my dog to get her nails trimmed. The woman who handle us was very sweet and gentle with my dog. She even allowed me to go in with her to keep my dog calm. She was very careful and gentle. Very affordable prices. Love it!

My daughter and I love this store. It is our favorite place to shop for our puppy's food. They are helpful, kind, compassionate, friendly. They appreciate and value their customers. They are welcoming and warm. They know our dog and we are always greeted with a smile (even when it is behind a mask). I highly recommend Natural Paws Pantry.

I have been buying dog food for many years from Karen and her staff and have always found them friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I recently booked a wash and dry with their groomer, Maria, and was extremely pleased with the results. Maria was very friendly and great with my dog. Shout out to Donna who gave me great advice on what to give him to help with his anxiety.

The customer service is outstanding and they always take the time to explain different products and offer advice if I wasn’t sure what to do. I’m a newbie to feeding my dog raw and they made me feel comfortable and confident doing the switch! I will always be a returning customer.

Took our 6.5 month old goldendoodle for his first groom today. The groomer was so patient and even though he was very difficult to groom (and scratched her arms due to jumping), she was determined to finish. Now he looks great! Highly recommend!

Amazing advice for those who have particular animals! Smaller store but with awesome selection and variety! Locally made items that are incredible quality! Hand made dog toys that are so adorable and make great gifts! If you're looking for a store for your pet that has done the work of weeding out all of the junky food that you don't want to buy, without having to look up all the individual items and reviews yourself then go here! You can trust their knowledge and that the items have been chosen for this store for a reason. If you are unsure about a food, check and see if they have a sample!

If you are thinking about feeding your cat raw food, do it! It has only been one week since feeding my cat a raw diet and I noticed a huge improvement in his energy levels, mood , skin/coat and overall health. He has always had re-occurring eye infections and watery eyes as well as having dry flaky skin. However, since starting him on this new diet his eyes are spotless and his skin and coat are much healthier. I was nervous about starting him on a raw diet but the staff were so helpful! They informed me on how to transition him over to the raw food, how much I should feed him per day and how to handle the raw food so that it stays sanitary and safe for consumption. I'm willing to drive across town to this store because I can tell the staff really care about the quality of their products and are well-informed. Very impressed and very grateful for their excellent service.

I normally don’t write bad reviews, but this really bothered me. I basically spend around $500/month at this store and have been doing so for at least the last 3 years. I don’t live in the area, so my parents are nice enough to go in for me and pick up the food in bulk. I was also all for supporting small local businesses , until my mom told me the woman who owns the store got upset with her when she purchased all of her Raw Performance rabbit. Upset with customers for buying all of your stock? In what world ? Especially when we purchase the same amount every single month. Get more in stock then if you have such a high demand for it. She also wanted my mom to preorder and only pick it up on Fridays which doesn’t work for my mom. This is ridiculous. Sorry I spent so much money at your establishment . I will gladly take my money elsewhere. You lost a very loyal customer.
