Margo is an incredible stylist for curly hair. She took time to explain my cut, products, and tips and techniques for applying/diffusing. Never been happier with my curls or as confident in managing them! A great experience!

Margo has been my hair stylist for many years. She cuts and styles my hair according my type of curl and enhances the curl by using the Deva Curl Products. I trust what she suggest as she herself has curly hair. Margo also colours my hair / highlights and helps me choose which colour would be best for me.I also look forward to her attention she gives to me from playing my favorite music, neck rub while washing my hair and just overall sense of its my time" to relax and enjoy the overall experience. Fresh Hair Design
Since moving to Victoria 4 years ago for school I always waited until Christmas or the summer to go home to my local hairdresser. This summer I was unable to go home for my biannual haircut and so I search for a hairdresser in Victoria who had a good reputation for cutting curly hair. Thank goodness I found Margo. She took my overgrown mop of hair and turned it into a fun, fresh hairstyle for summer. She also promised that I would not need a haircut for at least another 6 months. When that time is up, however, I will be certain to head back to Fresh Hair for another cut. The salon is so nicely decorated and Margo is so easy to talk to. I recommended her to all my friends (curly haired and straight haired) I would definitely recommend her for any other lost sheep out there who need a good cut.

Margo is fantastic and knows her way around curly hair. (which I can say from experience, some people do not!) She has a lovely shop that was very inviting on my first visit 5 or 6 years ago. I am not in as regularly as I’d like but Margo is the only person who cuts my hair. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!!

I love the cuts I get from Margo! She is incredibly skilled and knowledgeable, and I always leave Fresh Hair Design looking and feeling great. On my last visit I showed Margo a picture of a cut that I would like to have, and she was able to give me a similar style, suited to my hair! The salon itself is lovely and welcoming, just like Margo herself. I highly recommend this salon, especially for curly girls!!!

Margo is simply the best hairstylist I have ever had. She rescued my hair 20 years ago from a horrible haircut, and I have never looked back. Her salon is welcoming, and tasteful.I love how she always makes me look and feel so great, and she always makes me feel welcome. She gives the best scalp massages too.

Margo has been my stylist for about 12 years now. Before I met Margo I used to pack a hat to absolutely every hair cut I went to. I always left the salon looking ridiculous. I have crazy curly hair, and I just couldn't find someone to properly deal with it.A couple really fantastic things about Margo are that she really listens to what her client wants, but she's also totally honest about whether or not that cut will work for you. She'll tell you if it's going to need hours of work each day to look good, or if you will have to be back in her chair every 3 weeks to maintain it. She has a good eye, good instincts and so much skill.I've sent friends of mine to see Margo. Both curly haired gals and those with straight hair have all been happy with her services.Margo is also a fantastic colourist.I look forward to my visits with Margo. It's a fun salon, with a great atmosphere, product selection, and most importantly I can leave my post hair cut hat at home! :)

After more than a decade at Fresh Hair Design I still love my consistently excellent hair experiences there. Margo sends me out looking like a movie star -- which is quite a treat for an 83-year-old male (still with lots of hair). I’ve been going here for 4 years now and have never had anything less than an amazing experience and haircut. Margo is magical with hair (both when I straightened it and when I have it naturally curly)! She always listens to exactly what you want and I always leave happy with the hair cut. Definitely recommend!
