Nice store with a nice selection and great, knowledgeable staff! For a slightly bigger selection you can visit the store in Clarkson Village, but this one offers everything you can expect from a Global pet foods

I absolutely love global pet foods. Not only are they incredibly friendly and super knowledgeable, but they really take the time to get to know you and your pet. I feel like global pet foods really cares about the welfare and wellbeing of your animals. The products they carry are awesome! My dog kevin loves global pet foods!

I would give a zero but I can't. Global pet food was good a few year ago. But now the customer service sucks. The girl who work as the casher is non-helpful and should be taught how to have proper manners around customers. Like a simply hello and goodbye. A smile would not hurt one in a while. The customers are more friendly then her. She looks like she does not like working there and she looks bored. I will be buying my pet food elsewhere till the customer service change.

My favourite place to shop for my dog! The owner is incredibly helpful and friendly. She actually recommended a toy that’s now my dog’s favourite - she knows her stuff! The store itself is very tidy and well-kept. I will always come back! Highly recommend to anyone looking for excellent service and a cozy community feel.

Great pet store. They carry a wide variety of mid to high quality pet foods at fair prices. The staff are very friendly and always helpful, suggesting brands and making me aware of any specials or sales. It's my local go to store.

Very disappointed that food ordered did not come in when they said it would. When ordered I was told “it will be here next Friday.” When I called on Friday it had not arrived and was told “ maybe it will be in later today, maybe next week, or there could be a shipping issue.When your pet has digestive issues and relies on a specific kind of food unreliable ordering is not helpful! Now I know to find an alternative store to buy my supplies at.

Such an amazing and caring store, I’ve been going here for years and I love to support it instead of pet smart. If an item isn’t in stock they check other stores, even offered to clean a dirty tag. Thank you so much for being amazing, my two cats appreciate it

Disgusting service, the gentleman working at counter started off by giving incorrect advice on animal nutrition which he is extremely misinformed about. They didn’t have what I was looking for (not a problem) so I started to leave the store the same gentleman under his breath said “go kill your dog somewhere else” I asked if he was speaking to me and he said he was mumbling to himself.If this establishment has what you need more power to you, but if your looking for advice your much better off speaking with someone who is knowledgeable on the topic
