I was looking to buy my son his 1st car. Our mechanic recommended Scott. I called Scott several times about vehicles he had in his inventory. Scott always made time for me as I had quite a few questions. We eventually purchased my son his 1st car at Prairie Auto. The experience was excellent, friendly...like talking to a friend!I had the feeling that Scott was more interested in my satisfaction then making a sale, there was no pressure. As a result Prairie Auto is the 1st place I'll look for another vehicle.

Lee and his sons are magical. I have found my new family. They always are so kind, honourable, patient and efficient. I have bought 4 vehicles from them and they always take care of me. Their inventory is well priced, clean and full disclosure if there are any previous problems. If you need an excellent dealership, please find Prairie Auto in Ft McLeod. Scott and all the staff here were fantastic! Scott went out of his way to help us get the vehicle we wanted. Buying used cars can be scary but not with these guys. I would definitely buy here again (even though I live 2 hours away!) and would recommend them to anyone looking for a honest and ethical business.

Terrible! ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE !!!! I bought my first Truck From this dealership. They give faulty inspection sheet and fix vehicles with garbage parts. I got my truck from them with an inspection sheet saying my truck was 100%. This was not the case $3000.00 later my truck is where it should have been when i bought it. Do not trust this place pay an extra couple thousand dollars to get your vehicle from a reputable dealership. Scott was not willing to help after the fact. He is terrible to deal with and will do anything to get a sale. Even if it is at the cost of the purchaser.

We recently purchased a car from here. I have to say it was the easiest vehicle purchase we have ever made. Jason was easy to deal with and arranged financing over the phone and had everything ready. All we had to do was sign the papers and drive away! What a refreshing experience after the brain damage I got trying to buy a similar car at a Big city" dealership.Do yourself a favor

I have purchased my second vehicle from Scott and Lee. First, I have found this family run business to be more than fair.They were extremely helpful and generous. For example, my son wanted the cap from the truck and they kindly removed it off my vehicle and attached it to my son's truck at no charge. The vehicles have always run very well and sound.I continue to be very pleased with my purchase and can clearly state that I will continue to do business with Scott and Lee ... I find they are very honest and I trust them.

Lee the father is honest.Scott will tell you anything to make a deal.Get a proper inspection done before purchasing.They say they know someone who completes all their inspections however their inspection should not be trusted.The inspection report they had done was all minor. When I checked out the vehicle the front struts were leaking and the front ball joint was completely wore out.Once I mentioned the strut they did replace as part of the offer.Also questioned the door not closing and again they said it's supposed to do that. ? Sure thing.Over all they get back to you to make a deal.Just be cautious in what you are buying and get a outside opinion.Their prices are reasonable but more on the high side.

I have purchased vehicles across the country from BC, AB and NS. I rarely buy from major auto dealers because of the high mark ups and I have dealt mainly with smaller auto businesses. I prefer a vehicle over 3 years old to make certain most of the bugs have been worked out.I have to say that this family run business is in my top 5% of auto service from all companies I have dealt with across the country.The family members took time to introduce themselves. I came into their business with a very specific truck i wanted. They did not have the truck I was looking for and they did not use any pressure tactics nor did they attempt to sell me something I did not want which was truly appreciated. I informed them that I was going to a few other places to look and they even suggested a few places that may have what I was looking for.Once in the car, I realized that this was the business I want to buy my vehicle from. From my knowledge of studying people, I found this family to be genuine, honest, kind and most certainly willing to help.These are the qualities I look for BEFORE purchasing a vehicle. I returned to their office and asked if they could get the vehicle I was looking for. To sum it up, they did!I had been researching a particular vehicle and not only did they find one for me, but it was cheaper than anywhere else that I had looked. I flew in on Friday, drove from Calgary to Edmonton to Lethbridge to Fort Macleod for 3 days looking for a vehicle. I researched it online prior to arriving here. Was it perfect? Of course not ... I have never purchased a second hand vehicle that was ever perfect. There were some small dents on it, the color was a little different, and a couple minor problems that one can not detect until having the vehicle on the road (problem with right turning signal and intermittent problem with ignition).When you buy a second hand vehicle things can start to go that day, or the next week or maybe a month from when bought it. And these problems are typical second hand car ... older car issues that are easily fixable. The truck is awesome, I am very happy with it. What also makes it a great truck is the family who sold it to me. Thank you and I will certainly be coming back to you for future vehicles, along with my family.
