The men they dispatched showed up the following day to pick up my carpet and were quite punctual. Some of the rooms are stained since we have dogs. We were genuinely concerned that the stains wouldn't come out. The men washed the stains, and to our delight they disappeared! Will be getting these folks back on the phone for routine cleanings. They have the best combination of pricing and service!!!
