TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Staff members severely lack competence - do not know procedures that can cause real inconvenience. I've got assured that I was approved for a credit card and waited 3 weeks, went in - got assured that I have to wait a bit more. Called support and found out that my application never existed.

By far the best service at any bank I've ever had. Min Guan is a star, she made opening a account wigh TD simple and enjoyable. It was fast, and I was explained all my options very thoroughly. I feel very confident switching from RBC to TD now with Min's help! She really made my day.

I had a very pleasant experience at this branch today. The teller and advisor I dealt with were very friendly and extremely helpful. Setting up a new chequing account was quick and painless. If the line-ups are long then it can only be because they are going above and beyond to help each customer on a personal level. I am very happy with my decision to switch to TD Canada Trust

Went into Branch on April 14th to open an account. Filled in a whack of paperwork.. was told it would take 5 days to have the account opened. Followed up 2 weeks later because the account doesn't show anywhere and got no response. Followed up again 2 days later and was told that a form was missed and would need to fill it in. I received a link and submitted my signature (May 10th). I have since called 4 times and left a message for a return call, I emailed May 17th, 21st and June 6th trying to get someone to either call or email me back and have had no response. This is frustrating and unprofessional and highly recommend that if you are looking to trade in active markets that you avoid this branch as they clearly do not care about you, your money, or delivering good service. Markets are time sensitive and I have now lost nearly 2 months of being able to transact due to poor customer service.

They've helped me out so much in the past 2 months with card problems and when Rogers went down. Everytime I visit it's a short wait to a great visit. I have never had any problems with this branch.

Pretty quick if you have something simple but in general TD bank is a huge disappointment when it comes to hours they are open and it drives me insane as that was one of their main selling points at one time. I think you all can figure out a way to stay open to past 6 and maybe open for a bit on Sunday’s. So annoying.

Wed March 13:45pmAsked for a service that the new teller wasn't sure if they could help me with.Teller asks manager for help, quick yes or no question. Waited 10min with the teller, mentioned I'd grab something from my car, cane back, still no response from her.I can see her sitting at her computer. Even chatting with a colleague.Even a simple no, would've been better so I could go to my home branch.Waited another 5 min and was helped, maybe the branch is just too overwhelmed?!

I have been with TD for 5yr ( not at this branch mines closed to covid? ) this is my new home branch and they really dont make it feel great banking with TD the worst managers and customer service I haven't had any NSF or fraud and this branch will put a 5 day hold on your bankdraft and doesn't matter on the organization your check is from there holding it and for 6 business days. I guess the day u deposit it doesn't count even if it's at 12:24 .... absolutely ignorant management. Note everyone els there has been great except the two managers....

Very disappointed by branch manager Kiersten Sirianni. Minimum effort vis a vis clients and duties. After painstakingly making progress in resolving an error on the branches part. It took her less than 20 secs to erase everyone's effort by saying no". Even though the branch was at fault. We were there for 2 hours plus

Sandy and Simran are so amazing, I've had a lot of problems with TDs, but they represent customer service and the company beautifully!
