I accidentally met Majibur when I started hunting for my first house. In the first meeting itself, I could feel that he was very client centered. He was able to understand us and our needs much better than many agents I had met before meeting him. He connected us to excellent resources for mortgage application, home inspection, etc. He had lots and lots of valuable suggestions and inputs that totally changed our home buying plan. He was always punctual for visits and available over phone. We worked closely for almost 2 months and met numerous times until we got the keys of our dream house. He has a very pleasant personality. While we were getting attached to any and every house we visited, he trained us to let go off the houses that were not meant for us.His understanding of housing market is great. With his years of experience, he was able to renegotiate and reduce the price of the house according to the market fluctuation. He was very open and honest about things that we needed to know. He went above and beyond in solving last minute issues. We may have never completed the purchase without an agent like him.Overall, we had a great experience with him. We are very grateful to him. He is going to be our real estate guy for many many more years. I would highly recommend him to every home buyer in GTA.

I would not recommend this agent at all. He showed up to our initial meeting with incorrect paperwork, with several mistakes. Kept mixing up our unit and another similar unit. Didn’t have to stage our apartment or put any effort in cleaning it as it was set to sell. We didn’t get what we wanted for the apartment as the unit was priced to high. Didn’t communicate clearly that he was the seller and buyer agent. Took 4% commission and had the audacity to ask for $100 for a condo maintenance report. Avoid him. Not trustworthy at all!

I wouldn't use his service even if he offers at no cost. I would recommend interviewing as many Realtors as you can before ending up with one.
