The whole experience was fantastic from advising which trailer is the best to my need, to the difference between different types, advantage and disadvantage of each style. Going to the reasonable unbiased price. To the delivery and assistance in financing. The whole experience is excellent for me ... Keep the good job.

There was some miscommunication and mistakes made in regards to a return my mom tried to make that left us fairly upset and with some wasted time. The manager Jamie reached out and went above and beyond my expectations to make it right. I'm very happy with how he resolved the situation.

Absolutely great experience went to many other RV places before and actually had sales people trying to sell us a trailer too big and unsafe for our tow vehicle.Brendan and the team at Campkins were all professional but also felt like extended family.Highly recommend. They put my families safety as their top priority over a quick sale. And we are loving our new Trailer and the weight distribution hitch is a dream. Best purchase ever!

Picked up my Coachman Clipper TD 9.0 today at an amazing deal, the best deal anywhere. What an awesome team here, great people. I mean the red carpet is rolled out from the front door. The trailer came with far more than I ever expected, I was amazed. I bought unseen as I live 1.5hrs away and these go fast. They ensured there was no surprises aside from more than expected in extras and service. Purchased my first new trailer recently and had the best experience. From the get go there was no pressure and i was able to look at he variations of trailers from small to dreamland. I dealt with Brendan and he was great. He knew what I wanted and allowed me to decide with no pressure or sales tactics. I chose one and slept on it. Called Brendan the next morning and cancelled, was in the store with in hours and had purchased the trailer that fit right for me and was affordable. The process from there on was great and everyone i worked with was positive and informative, very easy to deal with. Thank you campkins for making this purchase more than enjoyable.

Same old same old with service. Called on Monday with an issue and asked about repairs not fished from last year.Told parts might not have been ordered. She said she would check into it and call me back in a day or 2. Day 6 and no call bevk even though on days 4 and 5 left 2 polte phone calls and still no update. Service on our apex has been shoddy to say the least

We bought our first travel trailer from Campkins, and could not be happier with the experience from sales to pickup. The sales team, service and management were all amazing to deal with. We had a problem when we first took our camper home (long story) and Campkins went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied in the end. We would (and do) recommend Campkins to everyone wanting a stress free camper purchase especially if you are a first time buyer.

Bought a new trailer in June of 2021 and since our first trip it's been nothing but problems.Examples: bathroom door jammed shut, bathroom exhaust fan not working, bathroom sink pipe leaking water, missing trim in multiple rooms, staples coming out of walls, grease foot print on carpet, screen door won't stay closed, gap and bent screen door frame, bottom of drawers falling out, stabilizer jack broke off due to missing hardware.I've got a seasonal site this year and it's just a $3500 empty lot because they have my trailer and I keep getting the run around when I call for a update. I feel like I'm being lied too every time I talk to someone there. Very frustratedUpdate: water leak fixed, grease stain removed and some very poor repairs to the stabilizer jack.
