I would give negative stars if I could. Horrible company that sells defective product and takes no responsibility. I spent thousands of dollars on tile and all of the tiles arrived damaged. The company took no responsibility and instead blamed me for not notifying them within 24 hours of the damage. They claim it was my responsibility to inspect every one of the 50+ tiles within 24 hours or they won't do anything!!! Totally outrageous.Every single tile was scratched and soaking wet. They obviously cut the tile and then slid the tiles on top of each other scratching each and every tile in the process. No protection or anything between the tiles. The claimed that they inspected the tiles before they were shipped to me, but clearly they did not. They said they had pictures of perfect tiles leaving their warehouse, but no way they could have and they never produced the pictures. So they lie too.Instead of taking responsibility and fixing the situation, like any upstanding company would do, their only solution was to sell me new tile at half price. I was stuck with a half finished bathroom (the main bathroom in my small house) so I had no choice. The new tile came and guess what? It was again damaged. Chipped and scratched. Not as bad as the first batch, but still not what a customer would consider as acceptable. They sent out their salesman to my house to inspect and he agreed, but his manager in Toronto didn't. The manager said the damage was within acceptable tolerances and that I was stuck with it.This is a horrible company - shop someplace else!!

Cercan Tile is our go-to showroom for all the most up to date and beautiful porcelain tile and porcelain slab selections for our design projects. I renovated a 5000 sf house and started by purchasing some of the tile from Cercan. The salespeople were so helpful and the quality of the tile so exceptional that I ended up using Cercan Tile throughout my whole house (bathrooms, kitchen, basement, foyer, pet shower etc) The deliveries were always on time with no issue. The sales people, the managers and the delivery people were always willing to help if they could. I also referred them to a friend of mine for a small backsplash and she was just as happy as I was.They take the time to offer exceptional customer service and excellent product. Two years later and I still love my tile. It is timeless and exceedingly durable. So happy that I decided to use it in the kitchen (on the recommendation of one of the managers (Cathy) Will definitely use them again.
