Filled out our info via the web site. Got a quick response and the team in charge of my area (Baie d'Urfe) came to quote. Price was good so we took the service.I have to say that up to that time all was great.The mother and son team that did the cleaning were efficient but not meticulous.Since we took the service late December they have cancelled three times and only replaced one of them. The reasons for canceling were weak.We opted for the service every two weeks so that equates to no cleaning for the last six weeks!We are a big family (5 kids, a cat and a dog) so we need the service.I called the person in charge of the area last Friday. It is now Tuesday afternoon and he has not replied.Seems too difficult to offer decent service.Proceed with caution!Sam
