Roll.uonthe rim is a.scam and pelts.system is a scam. I earned the pts and they take them.waya every month. And now it's 400 pts for a coffee instead of 70pts

The staff is ALWAYS friendly! The reason for 2 stars is because of the distribution of staff in this store. I usually have either a large order or 2-3 different ones so I go in. There is always a lot of staff in the drive through but only one, maybe two at the counter. I don't want to hold up the drive through with multiple orders but hate going inside.

Again 1 star service. I'm the only person in the store and here I am still waiting for my order, which they are just getting round to making 10 mins after I ordered. And the drive through is not busy either.Terrible. Went at 9:30 half an hour before they closed and was informed they aren't doing any kind of food. No donuts, no muffins nothing. just drinks. The staff aren't the problem, it's the franchise owners. Terrible owner. He can't manage toilet break let alone a franchise of stores.

Update: Service is getting faster, and the staff is friendly as ever!Friendly staff, but painfully slow service. Some days it takes 10 or more minutes to make it through the drive thru.

Poor service , I work at 6am and the Tim’s on Rothesay ave is closed at 5:20am , the place is dark , I guess they are on different hours than the working class … gone down hill , sadly , this was a great place once ….

Service was great and the cheesecake donut was awesome. Unfortunately, the dining room was quite loud tonight due to a large group that was there.

During the day, one will find good coffee. It says it's open 24 hours, but I've been there more than 5 times in the last year and it's still locked, and the drive-through is also closed. This used to be one of my favorite coffee shops, but it is no longer.As a result of my suggestion, they have now adjusted the timings. Thanks to #GoogleMaps

I have done plenty of orders through home delivery from this Tims. I have given much service but today when I ordered a large Iced Coffee, when it arrived it was upside down, completely dumped in the bag, with not even a sip left of coffee in the cup. When I called all they said I could do was do a new order and pay for a new one. I am not one to complain but to have my whole coffee upside down and there is nothing they can do but tell me to buy a new one.

Update:….. I received call from the manager today I he apologized about this problem, offered me a free coffee and she investigate the problemTo be honest I don’t expect them to call that fastHope this will teach somebody a lesson———————-I ordered small double double today June 5 , first they told me it’s 1.60$When I get it ( the young gay told me 2$ )I just realized in the past days I just ordered and never check the totalHow many times they did that with how many person??I stop order from tim’s again and will switch to Starbucks now on
