Terrible front desk at Dr.Adam's office..so unprofessional and rude.I asked the lady(Bobby) at the front desk about the day for my appointment and she told me the date- I asked her which day is that and she goes like-- I don't know what day is it

We are all aware of the current stress on our healthcare system and particularly the workers who are involved in providing care. Despite this, I have to say that my dealings with Dr. Mohan and all her staff has been exceptionally positive. Appointment times are generally honoured (we cannot know what circumstances they are dealing with in any particular appointment and should be prepared for some flexibility in wait times.) I for one am so thankful for OHIP - with all its flaws. Most often they get it right and we are well cared for.

I had a really good experience with the services here. The individual who attended to me was very patient, had a great personality, and overall they helped me out a lot. I really appreciate the kind and professional help.

I’m not usually one to leave bad reviews but I had to for here. First off, the staff and cardiologist are very dismissive about your health, I had tests done this month in September and I’ve been waiting for results only to be told that it’ll be four to five weeks for a follow up and now it’s up to my family doctor to give me my results, it was also never mentioned that I was being put on a wait list of about 400 people for a follow up appointment. When I got the call for a date of the appointment it was a Tuesday which I could not do because of work and the lady started getting annoyed and said “well it’s a specific date she picked” people have to work and have lives, they should be giving options of dates. They definitely don’t make you feel like patient care is a priority to them at all and you basically are just another appointment to them.

Very well run office, I got in right on time for my appointment and I really liked the technologist (a young woman) who did my echocardiogram, very friendly and informative. She makes you feel right at ease and gives you very clear instructions for how she wants you to breathe. If I ever need another echocardiogram done this is the office I'll want to go to. I also like the building that this office is in, they have nice comfy chairs to sit on on every floor if you're waiting for a ride for example.

I’ve been here twice for testing now and both times I have been stunned by the dismissive and off-putting attitudes of the admin staff. I had hoped the first visit was a fluke but history has repeated itself. Not a pleasant experience here.

I am not one to normally share reviews of my professional visits but my recent appointment at the K-W CardioPulmonary Services was an extremely positive experience!I required an appointment for both an echocardiogram and an ECG. The reception staff at the clinic was very friendly, and both technologists were thorough, efficient and very professional.Just as impressive was how quickly the results of the echocardiogram were made available to my family doctor's office.Wow, really great job and compliments to everyone!

If I could give 0 stars I would this place almost killed me, my breathing level was below 80 when normal range is 95 plus she didn't want to stop the test and instead was in a rush like I have a patient waiting when my appointment wasn't even done yet and I didn't want to finish it because I could rarely breathe it was so severe I called 911 and the lady doing the test was just looking at me like I'm crazy instead of helping me out in this situation what a shame! Receptionist is really rude too useless.

I had some tests done here and was very pleased with the whole process. Every person I spoke with was kind and helpful. Tests were explained thoroughly and wait times weren’t long at all.
