Jeremie is a fantastic travel agent - he's knowledgable, responsive, organized, and friendly! He recently planned a week-long stay at Disney for my group of 9 people on relatively short notice (for Disney terms).None of us had been to Disney as adults and he guided us through all the options and decisions step-by-step in a way that made us feel informed and empowered, not overwhelmed. He had pro-tips for every part of the experience from shuttles, resorts, best rides for different ages, dining, what to pack, how to use the various apps, etc. Jeremie even sent suggested itineraries for what order to do things in that would line up with our reservations.We all had an AMAZING time!!
