On July 6 2021 we purchased a replacement freshwater tank for our RV. PN RFW 1055LNAT00F. After mounting it in the same manner as the original tank and filling it with water ,the belly of the tank sank down so bad that I was afraid that it might drag . I put an angle iron support across the center of the tank and it sagged on bothsides of the brace. I removed the tank and put the old one back In.D$M will not do anything for me whatsoever. They will not stand behind their product. I am stuck with a $447.88 tank that I have no use for.

I got 2 tanks made up for my camper and needed 4 holes in each but one hole got missed. I called to complain as we always do and Eric was very professional and said they would take care of me. I couldn't believe when he said they would send Mark from Lacombe to Edmonton to spin weld in the fitting that same day. Now that is customer service you don't see anymore .Thanks guys

This place is absolutely incredible! They repaired our camper fresh water tank and took the time to explain the initial issue with it. They care about their customers. 10/10 recommend!
