Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I have following situation at enterprise location at 2074 Steeles Avenue, BramptonI rented a vehicle due to insurance claim for 45 days. I left my 2007 Honda civic in front of the entrance door of the rental office. Today, June 7, 2023 when I attended the location to return my rented vehicle, I learned that my vehicle was missing from the parking lot.I spoke to customer service agent that it must have been towed by the plaza management, was provided with phone number and told to go deal with it.I attended the contract Hansen towing facility location to recover my vehicle and my final bill was $3000.00 to retrieve my vehicle. My vehicle was towed from the location first day it was left over night in front of the rental office.I was told by the customer agent to leave the vehicle in a spot because I do not live in the area and was can pick it up once return the vehicle. However customer service agent who dealt with me is no longer employee by enterprise.I was never given any information about not leaving vehicle over night. I was never provided any tag by enterprise rental (which I learned later from property management that enterprise rental is suppose to give customer tag, who leave the vehicle overnight) if that tag was issued to me, this situation would have not arisen.Never got any call from enterprise to have my vehicle moved due to on going issues with property management.Well I am your customer who lives outside city have to leave my car to get into rental car.So, I would really appreciate if someone can look into this matter, I do need my vehicle back from towing company because I have no other means of transport and cant afford to pay 3000 to towing company.Enterprise should reimburse me for their mismanagement or help me recover my vehicle.

Needed a rental while my claim was being processed. Pick up and drop off was smooth and easy, no concerns or any problems faced. Good customer service at the front desk, I washed and cleaned the car before hand as much as I could and they really appreciated it. Thanks for your help.

Needed a rental while my vehicle was in for repairs; Rexdale location did not have any spare vehicles but took me to this location in Brampton and I received a Ford Escape. Only problem; it wasn’t even full on gas; had scratch on the door and also the handlebar inside on the driver side was broken. Not impressive at all for a rental company.

Mr Kooner at the location was great and he took care of the rental despite having a shortage. He seemed like a lone warrior managing the location and providing great customer service. I would be returning again to this location and also referring my coworkers.

Busy location, good customer service, plenty of cars to rent

Picked up a rental from these guys today. I've had some bad experiences with rentals but to my surprise these people were very professional, polite and explained every bits and details about the car, the deposit, the return and usage of the vehicle. Overall very satisfied with the service provided.

Totally proffesional, especially jeewan and his manager took care of us in a genuine way. It was a great experience.

This specific location in Brampton was a bit disappointing. I had my vehicle stolen while in town from my hotel. My insurance company arranged a vehicle for me, and told me to call to arrange my pickup. I was 4 km from this Enterprise. They wouldn’t pick me up. They said I was too far away, and that I should get an Uber. Why do you advertise that “we’ll pick you up” if you don’t do that? A 5-6 minute drive is too far? Very disappointing considering the situation I was in. It added additional stress. The only positive thing was the young guy who took care of me and got me into a vehicle. I wish I remembered his name.

This happened today, so an active reservation. Will update the review if fixed, but this should not happen to begin with.Had to take my car to shop they arranged a suv for me, enterprise comes picks me up. All good till now.I got to the enterprise location they informed they dont have the car booked, they have a pick up truck or sedan, With no other option i chose a sedan. When i asked to take a look the car they said its at a different location. We get in a car get to the location, its a repair shop, the car was getting repaired.I get in this 80k done malibu, not expected from a rental company. When started driving, the car vibrates on breaking and engine is having liquid gushing noises when it switches off and on at lights.These guys should not be in business, should not take a reservation if you cant provide secondly i am not free to ride around to repair shops to pick your car, they should be readily available at your place, if not dont promise a vehicle that you dont have. Thirdly i should not be the one testing the vehicle after it has been repaired.Wrong at so many levels.

I would highly recommend this car rental service for anybody wanting to rent a car. Jai s Kooner is very helpful and Provided a clean car with no problems. Very transparent and no hidden fees. Pickup and return was easy. Great customer service .very friendly and polite with a great attitude! Definitely best location in Brampton enterprise Overall experience is a 10/10.
